I have a beast metabolism, can not gain fat, only muscle due to my work life. What worked for me was chicken/carbs and bodybuilding everyday. I would only gain weight if I was lifting while bulking. I could only force myself so many calories and it was much easier while bodybuilding to eat.

Unless its an unimportant subject with little world use. Study how to read people, body language and how people think. GET ENOUGH SLEEP IS A HUGE ONE.
