One of the reasons I left feminism behind was the sometimes subtle, sometimes not so subtle male bashing that was rampant in feminist spaces. And the dismissal of any criticism of this behaviour as "tone trolling". I don't want the same thing to happen here. 4	I Want To Be Active In The Fight For Men's Rights There aren't many mens rights organisations around at the moment, if your looking to do your bit to help men who have been disadvantaged, your best bet is to do some volunteer work. For example at homeless shelters or suicide hotlines since homelessness and suicide are both issues which disproportionally affect men. I've had mixed results when bringing up men's rights issues with my comrades (without admitting that I'm an MRA). Sometimes they responded quite well such as when I pointed out the lack of male teachers in primary education, the fact that men work longer hours that women and the lack of support for male rape/domestic abuse victims.
