Sorry brother, not to pour on to what others have stated, but she slept with that co-worker and once he got what he wanted a few times, decided to stay with his wife, so she’s being “normal” now because her plan B failed (co-worker not the pill). Chances are strong that your marriage is over, because it’s not IF this happens again, it’s when and this time, it’ll hurt a lot more.

It might depend on her employer, if this was done during open enrollment then unfortunately she’s well within her right to remove you. When I had my now ex removed, since it wasn’t during open enrollment they wanted a certified copy of the divorce decree.

No, no kids of our own, she had her money, I had mine. We only had 1 joint account which was for the household expenses. How long married, 11 years. With child custody it varies. I’ve seen where it’s split 50/50, my ex had 2 kids from a prior marriage and she had them all day Monday-Wednesday, then Thursday by 5pm they meet at a neutral location (police substation) and the dad took them until Sunday 5pm.

What state are you in? Here in Texas, alimony/spousal support is heavily frowned upon by the courts. Brother, you can include almost anything in a prenup. Only thing you’re not able to include would be child custody, but when it comes to financials, hell the fuck yes you can include it. Communication stopped, when something that we both liked would be on, she sat on the couch but at the very far end. The snide remarks/insults she would make. I was married/divorced in Texas, 16 years. My ex and her attorney tried hard to get alimony, and the judge basically laughed in there face. My attorney, when the divorce was filed, said not to worry about alimony, I make $100k, she only made $60k, so of course i was worried, but when all was said and done, she only got $20k from my 401k.
