Most rape accusations are not false. Rape is hard to prove and in many cases goes unreported or victims stop talking out of fear. The difference is that men will walk and women get time in similar situations. Our justice system is not equal to anyone male or female. It is based on location, socioeconomic situations, prior convictions, race, judges mood of the day, education etc. And yes, sometimes gender. But not every man walks women gets time is a women's rights issue or woman walks man gets time is a men's rights issue.

It does matter. Women's and men's brains are different (along with other factors like hormones) so they will have a biological disposition for certain traits over others. Women are very very capable of extreme aggression, but biologically men are more prone to it. But that doesn't mean men and women shouldn't be held to the exact same standards. We should all be able to control our negative traits because we do have that power equally.
