He's kinda right tho. I co-founded an IT startup and we never even made it out of bootstrap and delivered a prototype. We didn't like the idea of selling parts of the company to investors. Even those meager 40k would allow us to hire enough coding manpower in this part of world on top of ours to deliver the prototype at least, ROI be damned.
