I was thinking while watching the video that it doesn't even necessarily portray what men find most attractive but rather what fashion desires in the female form. Even though Victorian England and the golden age of Hollywood girls are overweight and inaccurate, I feel like more guys might want to bone them then the heroin chic girl or the 70s girl due to bigger breasts and the presence of hips. I mean, just look at most high fashion models now. Most guys do not find them ridiculously hot but gra…

I really don't think the modern body type was in vogue in the 70s. The modern body type has a comically large rear while still having a teeny waist, enormous breasts, and a thigh gap. I really don't know any women with a butt that is naturally as big as the Kardashians who also has a thigh gap. I'm not saying you shouldn't be fit and try to stay within a certain range of female beauty but I will agree with the video in that many of the Instagram model type women who manage to have a tiny waist, …

Serious question here - does RPW not support first wave women's rights? You know, the right to vote and own property and all of that.

On days you are doing hard cardio, you may consider eating back the cardio calories so you don't end up with super long recovery times or going crazy from hunger. If you do 600 calories worth of cardio and you are eating 1000 calories, you would only be netting 400 calories for the day.

I've been using prescription Retin A about every other day on my skin since I was 25. I'm now 33 and I don't even have the hint of any wrinkles. I swear by it. People always think I'm mid 20s. My mom started using it when she started having random breakouts when she turned 60 and it has made her look about 10 years younger. I got the RX after some minor breakouts and it can make your face a bit raw while you first get used to it so you just have to find a rhythm - I started out doing it every th…

Here's my list. :) He's so motivated and driven. That was the first big revelation I had when we started dating. I had never met or dated a man who just got things done. The washing machine is broken? He fixes it. We're out of a crucial ingredient for something I'm cooking and I was too much of a dingbat to notice until I started on other parts of the meal? He's already got his keys in hand and is out the door. Oh, and he picked up several other things he incidentally noticed we needed as well. …

I love that whole "instinctively grabbing for me in his sleep" thing. My fiance does that when I try to get out of bed for any reason and grumbles the most pouty "no" while remaining asleep. It's adorable. And that experience in #5 made grin from ear to ear! What a keeper!

What a timely post! I have been meaning to add meditation to my daily life. I'll have to put this into practice. One thing to add - stress can make it hard to maintain a healthy weight! It does this by increasing cortisol (steroid) release from the adrenals which can increase water retention and appetite and by giving you insomnia or low quality sleep which can perpetuate this cortisol release cycle. In fact, this increase in cortisol is implicated in many of the symptoms of stress you listed in…

Thanks! I wrote a lot but I found that loads of examples helped me the most when I first started out with RPW. There's a post on the front page right now about how RPW is not about a "one size fits all" approach. While I think everything I listed above in bold is crucial to girl game, it is up to individual RPW to interpret those ideals in the context of her individual relationship and apply them to her specific captain.

Just as men run game on women by being confident and suave to get in a woman's pants, girls have their own type of game that they can run in order to get a high value partner to commit and retain his commitment. Some of the best girl game skills involve: Being feminine and pleasant to be around. Examples: Good and stimulating conversation without being brash and using a lot of masculine terminology or profanities. Maintaining a positive outlook. Good sense of humor - men love to laugh and will k…

Hmmm...seems as though I missed some comments here. I'm assuming the deleted commenter was claiming in some way that I didn't try hard enough or issue enough ultimatums or give my slacker ex enough time to reach his full "potential." I just want to say that Tempest is right on - I did try ultimatum after ultimatum and everything would be better for a matter of weeks before going back to normal. A few weeks here and there is not enough time to enact any sort of meaningful change in your life or s…

men aren't broken toys that can be fixed with RPW superglue. some relationship problems are down to the PEOPLE IN THEM, and the only RPW or PRACTICAL solution is....NEXT! So much this. When I first started lurking on RPW, I was with a low motivation, low dominance guy. I started applying RP tactics to desperately try to fix my relationship but no matter how many new dresses, new hairstyles, new makeup techniques, or new ways of being pleasant I produced NOTHING worked in turning that slacker int…

If you are feeling selfish, just think that every single RPW has a chance to affect the world by helping to rebuild marriage through their example. Try to think of the overall scope of your actions. What's the point of throwing your life and happiness on the pyre when you could be making an example for other wives, female family members, single girls at work, nieces, and your own children? Plus just think how happy your husband will be to that you aren't like every other wife he knows. It will m…

My fiance grew up in a heavily latina area and does not like small women. He likes thick, fit women with a great hip to waist ratio which is me exactly. I am not a small girl - size 16 - but my hip to waist ratio is less than 0.72. I play up my curves a lot for him when we go out with bodycon clothes and wear a lot of fit and flare dresses around the house. He swears his favorite outfit on me is skinny jeans, chucks, and a black tank top with minimal makeup and classic accessories/handbag. He lo…

I am a big fan of the tank top and boy short underwear combo. You can find boy shorts in lots of cute prints - Target always has cute ones in their brand and they are typically cheap. They usually have a 5 for $20 deal going on. Most men love boyshort underwear on women and it is flattering on us all. They can make a woman without a booty look curvier and emphasize those of us with larger assets. For tank tops, I usually go for the kind that have a built in shelf bra and also some pretty detail …

You need to ask yourself if you will be happy if your relationship continues in the exact same fashion. Then, you need to ask yourself if you will be happy if the intimacy between you declines even further because that is a very real possibility. Your relationship is still young so you need to consider what will happen when life intervenes. Most couples go through many events that tend to decrease the frequency of sex. For example, many new couples report a decrease in sex when they begin having…
