Nah I live in the south and am gay, there are definitely some in my group (including me and my spouse) who are not feminist and/or not as liberal as many would expect. We get tired of the woo straight girls in the gay bars groping, tired of people acting as if our sexuality should be our main characteristic in life, tired of feminists drowning out male voices bringing up legit concerns, etc. Many feminists believe we’re not as “oppressed” because we are more “straight acting” (their words), sout…

I mean soaps that are also advertised directly/solely for men and are “natural”/exfoliating such as pine tar, eucalyptus, charcoal, etc. Definitely try what you want, but I’ve found that I can find these at other places for cheaper with the same claimed benefits that also still help me feel confident, clean, moisturized, and smell good. If you can afford a Dr Squatch and also try other similar ones to compare then definitely go for it!

As a guy who has finally conquered several skin issues, here’s what I’ve learned from the last 5ish years: Dr Squatch: I’ve had success with the same types of soaps but much cheaper. Usually from places like TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. They sell overstocked name brands for much less and have always had charcoal/man soap. Don’t waste money on Dr Squatch unless there’s a promotion to sample it to see if it’s actually better than what you can get elsewhere. I stick with no scented or a light man scent. The…

Can’t count how many female hands have grabbed me by “accident” at the GAY club/bar. Once they see I ain’t having it, they claim it’s an accident. It’s wild that I’ve literally NEVER had a guy grope me at the gay club unless we’re both showing interest in each other and consenting.

Fuck the idiots like this woman, and any woman who tries to spin this as his fault.

I do the same but I’m actually gay lol. Being gay is the best thing, no women drama, no pregnancy worries, etc

Yeahhh I’ve seen way too many shows where every male is written as pure trash and every female is a badass who can do no wrong at all, and to me this ain’t it. Huge LOTR nerd and i am quite enjoying the show so far. After all, it’s only been two episodes. And I agree, I’ve watched the episodes twice now and I’m not seeing Galadriel as the Mary Sue many is claiming her to be. She’s aided by quite a few men so far, and I’m not seeing a “push this woman to need no man” agenda either. Not sure why y…

Other than the snow troll scene, I really enjoyed it and honestly didn’t see Galadriel as the next “Mary Sue”. She’s an elf hundreds of years old, has seen and been through things, so I’m ok with her being a fighter. Now if she effortlessly gets through every little thing through the whole series, then I’ll be bleh. I’ve seen too many shows where all men are written to be trash and all women can do no wrong, and this doesn’t seem to be going that route in my opinion. Huge LOTR lord nerd here, bu…

Gyms are great if you find the right people there. It’s helped me a lot. A good friend of mine was in a fraternity in college and they are very much a brotherhood 10+ years later, and by extension they’ve been helpful and kind to me as a group since I’m close friends with some of them.

Something about being around so much encouragement at the gym is great. It’s why I DO wish there were all male gyms…so many of the guys are helpful and encouraging even though I am thinner than a string bean lol. But yes, my work was toxic, which I know isn’t a “female thing”, BUT the female coworkers treated me like I was their servant since I was only one of two male workers there. Then would be incredibly rude and shameful when I set boundaries. Concerning where we go now, take things one day…

I feel you man. Due to multiple people (female bosses and coworkers, friends) always downplaying when I am in physical and mental pain from a lot of health issues, I’m starting therapy this week with a psychotherapist. I’ve also decided I’m going to suddenly quit my job with no backup plan yet, but a weight has been lifted off of me with this decision because now I can attend to my physical health without being shamed by women coworkers for not being 100% following their demands at work. Nothing…

Hell I’m halfway through PLL:OS (I like dumb fun trash) and almost every male character so far is “men are the worst” type of bad. The guys who aren’t are pandering to the girls nonstop. There’s a character who is a movie fanatic that sees a devil behind every bush. Horror movie has a scene of a woman getting hurt? MISOGYNY. No black directors on a school curriculum list? RACIST. Note this female character has secretly been videotaping the mens locker room. I’m hoping she gets what’s due to her …

Even my LOCAL NEWS reported about this and how men are “more lonely due to not meeting women’s higher standards, etc”. Like dude I’m just trying to find out the weather lol

Many feminists also love to talk LGBTQ rights, until it applies to a gay male who won’t be their club bff. Just because we’re male, we’re also starting to “become the problem” according to them…especially if we’re not acting like the stereotypical gay norm that’s in their heads. I have no issues with guys being as gay as they want to be, but because me and my partner are more “white and straight acting” (feminists words) then we’re apparently not as oppressed as others in the gay community. Rece…

I’ve discovered over the last few years that if data about men can possibly draw any attention away from women, then it disappears or is downplayed. It amazes me how websites and news media think that we can’t look at and comprehend data about both men and women and draw our own conclusions without bias.
