Clear boundaries established early on that would be indicative of the fact that they actually were able to go out on a date outside of the work environment to begin with. In order to have that date outside of the work environment to begin with you would need something to break the ice going into that realm. That way of breaking the ice going to that realm would be that group setting. I understand what you're saying and it makes a lot of sense but what at least I'm understanding is you're going f…

Gotcha okay supposedly single lol. I totally understand if you want to hold off for now and wait and see. Play it smart that's the only advice I can give you. Obviously don't do anything stupid but that's kind of a rhetorical statement but you know at least a good way to navigate this going forward. I'll be very curious if there's any new developments in the days or weeks

I totally understand. That perspective obviously is something that would come across my mind but obviously us men are all different just like women are different so it's something to at least put in perspective to think about. Do you know anything about him in the sense if he's single, married, relationship, anything?

I would say it's high-risk high reward if you offer your number. I look at this in the sense if for hypothetical reasons if you and I work together but not the same building if you were to give me your number and for whatever reason it doesn't work out I would have this fear in the back of my head you would go to human resources and report me. So I'm thinking instinctively as a man how can I defend myself against any alleged accusation that could come up. Now obviously that is very overreactive …

Okay so there's two sides of this that would have to be addressed. Technically both have already been brought up in the comments but for a refresher there's one side where you don't want to fraternize with anybody you work with and there's the other side saying go for it. I understand the argument you make in the fact that the person doesn't work in the same building so you don't necessarily work with them. The question then becomes how comfortable do you feel if you wanted to make the first mov…

If you didn't keep in touch or disclose the moving bit....I would tread carefully. At the same time, it depends on what you want too. If you are only looking to get laid that is one thing, but if you are looking for a relationship then perhaps something different. Now with that being said, I think you can still reach out to her and say something along the lines of trying to rekindle or get her to remember you and see if she is open to grabbing coffee. If she says yes then you can try to feel her…

Yea...what was already said before me is what I would say...something along the lines of "You, me, drinks, (insert day here)" Keep it short and to the point..

I agree with CrushHazard on this. To me eye contact is something that you don't want to overthink but at the same time you want to make sure here displaying confidence in yourself... If that makes sense.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
