Dear Seddit, tonight is my first night out as single guy in 8 years. Could you give me a quick first rule?Have good posture. Smile/look happy constantly. Hold eye contact when you're talking to women. Also, talking to women is fun not scary (wish I wholeheartedly believed that but sometimes I can convince myself it's true and that's when I be awesome). | /r/seduction | 18/08/12 02:48 PM
Any interest in a Lair for Ann Arbor?I just moved from Ann Arbor to Boston. I'm intrigued. Tell me more. | /r/seduction | 14/08/12 12:03 AM
Is there a /r/seduction for women? Cosmo just doesn't deliver in realityWhen you say women don't need seduction advice, you're saying that men only sleep with women based on their attractiveness, and that just isn't true. It's definitely a bigger part of the decision for men than women (hopefully), but I think all of us can think of a girl they loved to hook up with because she was fun, had a sexy way about her, was fun in bed, etc. Seddit is about being that male version of that girl, presenting yourself in the best way possible to women and hooking up with girls t… | /r/seduction | 11/08/12 05:41 PM
I've taken a step in stopping my tunnel vision, and I vow never to return.I had a somewhat similar experience, and once I realized what was going on and made the same decision you've made, things got better and better. You've already taken a big step in the right direction. Props. | /r/seduction | 11/08/12 04:26 PM
If you want a crash course in life, social skills and confidence... go travel solo for a long period of time.Yeah, I totally agree. What a fun place. I'm working to keep myself on that level back in the states now. | /r/seduction | 18/07/12 04:28 PM
If you want a crash course in life, social skills and confidence... go travel solo for a long period of time.Duuude yes I had a similar experience even though I didn't travel for nearly as long as you. The bar/club scene in Peru is so much fun. Also, I found that being around people I didn't know it was so much easier to 'not give a fuck'. I had the best week of my life girls-wise there, and it gave me a permanent confidence boost and really taught me what not giving a fuck in a club feels like. My game really leveled up and I was only there 2 weeks. You should ALWAYS travel if you get a chance, even i… | /r/seduction | 17/07/12 01:29 PM
Walking into a partyI've read several posts on seddit about phrases people think to themselves to fake smiles. I personally use 'walking around and smiling like a boss fuck yeaaaaa'. That just puts a little bit of a smile on my face so I look happy. You don't have to walk around with a huge toothy camera smile the whole time. | /r/seduction | 04/07/12 03:05 PM
This is just kind of a reminder not to be too hard on yourself and to show that even the best fall into AFC behavior.Transcript of the most important part of the video: In the same way that some little kid who's like 13 decides to smoke crack, and he thinks he's smoking crack now and he's not going to ruin the rest of his life but he fucked his brain, and for the rest of his life he's a crack brain, he's fucked, you can ruin your night in the first 30 seconds. Kidding, I loved the video. That's quite the analogy though. | /r/seduction | 30/06/12 02:47 PM
I failed at life pretty hard, am really pretty embarrassed, and have noooo earthly idea what to do next...What's the worst that can happen if you try again? I dated a girl for several months after ralphing on the floor of her apartment right in front of her. I also used to drink way too much every time I set foot in a bar. I only let myself drink beer when I'm out now, it's really helped. | /r/seduction | 14/05/12 10:18 PM
Has a good female friend ever cock-blocked you in this way?Social engineering/scheming is great for picking up girls, but honest conversation is what maintains friendships. Don't try to figure out what's going on, just talk to her. She might not have been trying to get in your way. In the past when female friends have cockblocked me a. they were much less sneaky about it, like literally just told the girl to fuck off and b. there was a good reason. Don't "call her out" just explain the situation and ask why she did it. | /r/seduction | 12/05/12 04:24 PM
Approaching Women Confidently eBook (free!)I liked the advice about sending a fun text every day or two. Is that different from what is generally advocated on Seddit? I've read a lot of posts that say texting should only be used to set up dates (I may have misunderstood the advice, it might have meant just not to send pointless or excessive texts). Thoughts? | /r/seduction | 05/05/12 05:11 PM
Best meditation book?I read a book called Mental Resilience by Kamal Sarma. It wasn't spiritual at all; It was very practical/self-improvement-oriented. It comes with a CD, which is more like a really helpful timer. He has 5 "levels" of meditation/tracks on the CD, for relaxation, calm, emotional tranquility, insight, and wisdom. I was always a bit unsure on the last 2, but the first 3 I thought made me more focused and positive. | /r/seduction | 25/04/12 04:07 PM
The First of Our Weekly Topic Threads!I don't really have any experience with direct game but shouldn't the indirect/direct decision be based on the girl? Also day game vs. night game? Thoughts? | /r/seduction | 24/04/12 10:32 PM
Intelligence and Seduction- competing interests?I study engineering in school, so I'm familiar with 'engineer attitude'. A lot of engineers feel the need to prove they're smarter than everybody, and tend to either talk down to people or jump on people for doing things like calculating tip wrong, making a silly mistake etc. People, and in my experience especially girls, HATE being talked down to. Also, if you're talking down to people, the girls that will hate that the most are the smart ones, so you may even be selecting the less intelligent … | /r/seduction | 17/04/12 12:26 AM
great at general conversation how do i make it flirty and switch it to the topic of sex without coming off as a creeper??Ask: what's the craziest thing you've ever done? A girl asked me that recently. I answered with a slightly sexual story (nothing graphic, it was a story about drunkenly hitting on a grandmother, which btw was a while ago, don't hate) and the conversation just turned into us telling crazy sex stories, which ended well. I want to try asking the question myself soon. And honestly, it's a really interesting question, and it got me thinking about my life and how I'm living it. | /r/seduction | 12/04/12 01:33 AM
