That's a shit graphic all around. It's meant to portray opposites but the bad side (if applicable) is arguably always on black. Either the person who designed it is an idiot, or they snuck in things like "Light/Heavy" and "Day/Night" to try to make it seem like it's not trying to portray good vs. evil. Of course it isn't intended that way, it's a policy to stamp out violent and threatening behavior by setting the bar excessively low to send a message to children. It sounds like a workable solution to the adults who put policies like this in place. Of course it is not a workable solution, what it does is create a culture of fear and discourages active play, putting everyone on the defensive all the time. It creates more tension which could wind up creating the very situation they hope to avoid.
