He's a dominant RP figure in politics and media today, and he consistently demonstrates a lot of the theory we discuss here. 1-3 threads weekly is not bad, considering half or more of all is(was) all about him all day/every day until pretty recently, when something behind the scenes changed. I actually just messaged their mods last night, because that sub seems like it's very close to getting shut down, and I referred them to theredpill and darknetmarkets mod teams, because I know both have quit…

That "hit piece" did more work for him than they ever intended. Once again, the media is doing Trump's promotion for him, and he doesn't have to pay a dime.

before he ran for president. Nobody but you alluded to him actually being president. Make an effort if you're going to waste the space here with your comments.

Thanks for this, I've been seeing this book mentioned a lot recently, going to have to get to it soon.

Never eat on taste, start the habit of looking at food as fuel. Switching to keto made me see carbohydrates like drugs. Maybe it's just my addictive personality, but I've got a problem with binging that simply doesn't exist if I'm on keto.

Carbs > insulin response > uneven blood sugar levels > fat storage > low satiety. Fat > Way better source of energy.

Anything in particular, just his recent album, or all his stuff? Always down for more music suggestions. Got a huge backlog, but I manage to fit in several hours a day.

The only way to find any actual happiness and contentedness in this world is to be able to find that in yourself, not relying on any woman, person, drug, or anything else for any sort of validation or happiness and trying to be content being alone. There really is no fucking point, there is no gold on the other side of the rainbow, nobody gives a shit and there really isn't a fucking point to any of this bullshit. Reality is that which you make it and for the majority of men, reality is fucking …

Harsh truth is that you're short and you can't do shit about it. But other than that, the world is your oyster. As far as you commenting on your metabolism, bullshit. Figure out your TDEE, eat enough protein, and eat at either a deficit or a surplus based on your cut/gain goals. I highly recommend keto. If you're disciplined you'll see results fairly quickly compared to someone putting on the same amount of muscle on a frame that is 1' taller than yours. The total muscle you can add is limited b…

If it's ingrained do something about it. You can change your personality. You can change your perspective. You can be active in multiple avenues to be improving yourself which will make your presence grow. If you're a confident, skilled man that can walk around and not give a fuck, your presence will be larger than most of those betas that have the height advantage, and yet do nothing to improve themselves physically or mentally. Edit: And do you know how big of an advantage you have when it com…

Yeah that's why I immediately amended my post to include the (modern) and I guess I was referring to pop country based on your descriptions, obviously there's country that isn't bad but what most people think of when they hear "country music" today is that pop country we're referring to.

A lot of Hip hop and edm are full of RP. Country music (modern) is just bad, period.

Great post. An interesting short sci-fi story is posted online that deals with possible outcomes of the possible changes society will face when confronted with... the singularity, essentially. It shows how easily this paradigm shift could lead to either utopia or dystopia. Manna Sci-fi is my favorite genre of fiction because it allows society to be portrayed in so many ways that differ greatly from the current/accepted norm. Heinlein is probably my favorite sci-fi author. I was particularly intr…

No, but that's about the only thing that isn't a choice. "You gotta decide, if you're a wolf, or a sheep." - Training Day You have a brain. You've found this resource. Stop making excuses, use the tools TRP provides and become a man.

If you know any BP guys, try and put them in situations where their lack of sexual exploits will be exposed: it's highly effective in drawing out an anger Well done at identifying and utilizing this in such a way. Heed the other posters though. Coming from the point of pursuing truth, honor, honesty, and nobility from a BP standpoint to seeing what these words really mean and how they are all a part of TRP's toolset/society's ideal is one of the many cases of cognitive dissonance one has to over…

Dude, quit putting your mother on a pedestal. lol. The difference between having a loving mother and not is an interesting topic, in regards to what "love" means to a man. To understand AWALT and realize your mother is included is likely a very different reconciliation process depending on your relationship. To refer to his semi-idolization of his mother in the context of the pedestal is humorous, but I feel off the mark. I'm reminded of a good post by /u/IllimitableMan The problem is contingent…

Money does a lot more than whatever "points" you're referring to, and while part of their goal might've been to help other guys, unless a guy really wants to change and understands how to, nothing he does/pays for will matter. Props to those guys for being "leaders" of this "movement" and figuring out how to turn their PUA skills into actual profit. “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.” - Ernest Hemingway If I had to g…

Admittedly it seems dumb at face value, but that's one way of measuring loyalty. I think it was in 48 Laws of Power but I'm having trouble finding it, there was an excerpt about a historical figure that would tell different underlings in his court conflicting information or something along those lines, and then when he heard which rumors were going around, he knew better who could be trusted and who couldn't. This could've been an easy way to test this guy's loyalties, but since OP (commenter yo…

Quickly polarizing by being true to yourself and ignoring social norms and your anxieties about what other people think is the best way to not waste time with females. They're either attracted to you or they aren't, make your intentions clear by bold statements and actions, and your job of sifting through all those females just got a lot easier. (More on the polarization - Models - Mark Manson, iirc, and on being bold, Law #28 - Act with Boldness)

I'm beginning to wonder if it's still possible to be an honest upstanding citizen anymore without getting screwed over? Living under the systems we do (political, economic, social)... definitely not if you're going by what other people consider "honest upstanding citizen" I think it's probably doable if you can really adopt and internalize the belief that what other people (that don't matter, which is the vast majority) think of you means jack shit in the long run, in addition to figuring out yo…

Narcissim: Excessive or erotic interest in oneself and one's physical appearance. When a man makes the switch from blue pill to red pill, their interest in themselves increases greatly, because they recognize that's the only thing they can control, and is the key to their future success. If you're a RP in a sea of BP, your interest in yourself may seem excessive. But you know what? Fuck what people think, make yourself better.

The list of books I've worked my way through is longer than I thought, and as you've noticed, there is a lot of conflicting information. It's also amazing how they build on each other, to the point that I'm re-reading a lot of the more valuable ones (currently re-reading The 48 Laws of Power... Robert Greene might be my favorite non-fiction author.) and it's clear that they contain even more than they did in the first read through. An extremely valuable skill is to be able to take in works from …

The way I read and understood it... well here, let me take a few lines from the submission to help. Moral principles aren’t blue pill. Thinking that everyone has the same principles as you, and that most people don’t succumb (or even value) incentive over principle, is. This post started off with the reference to the golden rule and my jaw dropped, because it had been for the most part the driving influence in my own moral compass and principles. After reading No More Mr. Nice Guy, I realized th…

newbe's, read the fucking sidebar before you try to lecture others on RPT. Seriously. I think this might be my first comment here, but I've been frequenting for several months now. I've read a large amount of the suggested reading, and it's invaluable. Before I found /r/theredpill and the amazing resources contained within, I was dealing with a pretty intense breaking down of my own cognitive dissonance regarding issues that related very much to the entire blue pill vs red pill theory/debate. it's posts like this that make me think everything can be explained via evolution. I just found TRP a few weeks ago, have been working my way through all the books/posts/threads, and have been thinking back to my reading of "The Selfish Gene" on several occasions based on a lot of different things I've come across.

Hah. I try to tell people of the immense power reddit has by being such a great way to bring like-minded people together. I'm in a similar spot. And for the past 10 years have been finding the truth, vs "the truth" in one category of life after the other, keto and TRP being some of the recent and more substantial and life changing ones.

2 scoops of my protein shake is 48 grams, the rest is usually split between my breakfast and dinner, eggs, cheese, sausage or bacon in the morning, and then usually chicken or beef with a bag of broccoli and a few ounces of cheddar.

Now is the best time of your life to be lifting. Eat 100-150g protein, and enough fat/carbs to total a caloric surplus. Find out what your TDEE is with a calculator. Enough protein, with caloric surplus, and lifting regularly and properly you're in a good place to grow. Find a program and stick to it for a few months. Before/after pictures help reassure you of your progress if you need it.
