"Disorderly Conduct" includes a wide range of offenses, such as urinating in public, public intoxication, language used to offend, etc. All of which are class C misdemeanors, no charges, only fines. There is no "log" for every occasion, that would be ridiculous. The only time you get "logged" is if you get cited, and or subsequently convicted. I say possession because the terminology is "Minor in Possession" as in, having alcohol in your possession... its English, I am sure you are familiar with the word. 1	Bitched Called Cops and it Backfired Children are allowed to drink under parental supervision here too. I understand that most police won't actually enforce the law... but it is still the law. Breaking up loud, rowdy, drunk teenager parties is a bit different than finding some kids drinking in public quietly. 13	Bitched Called Cops and it Backfired UK Texas I linked Texas because that's where I work. They are literally the same, 3 strikes and you face harsher penalties. Most times, we toss the alcohol and call the parents. If the parents don't want them, we can take them to a child home for the night, or just take them home anyway.
