Update: Miami doctor caught on camera in drunken Uber rage, receives Administrative Leave! But what is the offense degree? My point is a class C is a ticket here, you can arrest someone for it but they only spend a night in jail and then they are good to go, she deserves more than that. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 22/01/16 07:45 PM
Update: Miami doctor caught on camera in drunken Uber rage, receives Administrative Leave!"Disorderly Conduct" includes a wide range of offenses, such as urinating in public, public intoxication, language used to offend, etc. All of which are class C misdemeanors, no charges, only fines. If the guy doesn't press charges, there is not much the DA can do unfortunately. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 22/01/16 04:34 AM
Bitched Called Cops and it BackfiredThey explained it to you when you were 12? Oh well, nvm then, sorry, my mistake. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 08/08/15 12:55 AM
Bitched Called Cops and it BackfiredHappens way more than you might think... A lot of parents of troubled kids are too immature themselves to deal with it, they might have had them at a very young age and don't know how to deal with them. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 08/08/15 12:21 AM
| -2 | Bitched Called Cops and it BackfiredYes, you are correct, it is 3 convictions... that's how it works, no one said it doesn't work that way. There is no "log" for every occasion, that would be ridiculous. The only time you get "logged" is if you get cited, and or subsequently convicted. I say possession because the terminology is "Minor in Possession" as in, having alcohol in your possession... its English, I am sure you are familiar with the word. There are not a lot of convictions for underage drinking, because we don't usually c… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/08/15 11:09 PM |
Bitched Called Cops and it BackfiredChildren are allowed to drink under parental supervision here too. I understand that most police won't actually enforce the law... but it is still the law. Breaking up loud, rowdy, drunk teenager parties is a bit different than finding some kids drinking in public quietly. Just because you claim there is not a county that will convict for it doesn't mean they don't, you can't possibly know about every single incident with minors drinking. Don't say stuff like that unless you have a source, its c… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/08/15 09:38 PM
Bitched Called Cops and it BackfiredUK Texas I linked Texas because that's where I work. They are literally the same, 3 strikes and you face harsher penalties. Most times, we toss the alcohol and call the parents. If the parents don't want them, we can take them to a child home for the night, or just take them home anyway. Most misdemeanors, especially class C violations that happen when you are a minor, qualify to be expunged when you become an adult anyway. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/08/15 06:56 PM
