And it creates the trauma bonding, that makes it addictive and so incredibly difficult to get out. Basically getting Pavlov'd

Every single time it happens, you will be a little bit better at catching it early on. It's a process, good on you for wising up in the end!

Also a good reply! I was so stunned and offended by his question, that I couldn't hold back the sass. Racist piece of shit he apparently was🤪 of course he tried to down play it when I said yes, and said he was disappointed but supposed he could "get over it"

Oh god I had this happen. Second date, he asked me, I lied and said yes just to see his reaction 😂 he was bummed, and said he respected me less. Next date I had was with that particular ethnicity, maybe unconsciously to spite him haha.

FDS is a constant reminder that I don't need a man to have a great life. I found one, he's amazing, but I'm very aware of the fact that I don't need him to get to what I want in life (and so is he lol). Before this, FDS helped me rid myself of a very emotionally abusive man, and learn how to level up, hold my head high and not take shit from anyone.

Never ever ever am I dating someone who smokes weed again. It killed all my NVM ex's motivation, and lo and behold he never bought me a birthday or Christmas gift in two years - he needed to spend his benefits on weed and games 🤦‍♀️

If FDS has taught me anything, it's that they always always come crawling back, when they see you being happy and aloof. But now we're too smart to give them they light of day. They really are simple creatures, I've yet to see it not work out like that 🙄

Honestly, did he not think I meant it when I said I wasn't going to wait for him 😅

I had been dating a guy exclusively, like a month or so ago. It ended with him telling me his ex (and baby momma) wants him back, and he needs time to think. I tell him I'm not going to wait for him, while he figures his shit out. Lo and behold, to absolutely no one's surprise, he's back in my messages, telling me he was thinking about me, and just wanted to tell me that he's not back with his ex, and he has deleted his tinder (neither of us had deleted it back when we were dating). I'm thinking…

You'd think after obviously being rejected multiple times, one would start thinking "maybe I'm the problem". But alas - men

That's very true. I have no qualms against being with a man who has a child, but the ex thing is just way more complicated than what I signed up for. I signed up for an adult af man, who had a good amicable breakup with his ex, and a great mature co-parenting relationship with her. Now I'm a part of some weird love triangle I never asked to be a part of. I also just don't understand why he'd risk a great co-parenting relationship. The daughter is too young to understand now, but in a years time …

I was seeing a man, and we were exclusive. He said and did all the right things, attentive but not needy, high effort dates, great communication, chemistry and very respectful. He has a 2-year old child with his ex. Tuesday he then hits me with the fact that his ex asked him to get back together the night before. She told him she wanted to make a sibling for their daughter, and that she wanted them to start in couples therapy right off the bat. He tells me that, if it weren't for the kid, it wou…

Hi there queens. I have a quick question in regards sex, so this might be TMI. Do you expect your partner to get you off every time you have sex? I feel like the obvious answer here is yes of course, but then again I get my doubts about whether I'm setting the bar too high. Seeing a guy, we did end up having sex and have done it a few times. Our of about 4 sexual sessions, he has gone down on me once, and that was after I hinted at it heavily. We had sex a couple of days ago, and he didn't make …

Hey everyone, I have a question about porn. I'm seeing a guy, still very new, nice dude with good prospects and we've been on a couple of dates with not even a kiss, just getting to know each other. Last night I went to his place, where he cooked for me, had wine, went for a walk and chatted all night. We then go to bed and get busy, where he has a tough time (I'll just be blunt here) keeping a hard on. He now tells me he feels awful about it (he also did last night, we just cuddled and I told h…
