Since you lost that much weight, you clearly are in a caloric deficit. You cannot build muscle in a caloric deficit.

Maybe she's just with some other person and saying: "Look at this fucking creep. I can twist him and turn him anyway I want, and he actually bites it." I don't EVER want to give a woman again an oportunity to have this over me. Happened long time ago.

Well, possibly. But how do I know it's for real? I'm having the hunch she is either doing this for her own amusement, or dragging me along just because. I believe this mainly because the date sucked, was just plain lame. I post analysed myself and viewed myself as quite boring. Trying to put myself in her shoes and try to figure out if she's actually attracted to me. But as I said, I was boring (usually I'm quite funny), I can't see why she'd still be attracted to me. I'd have gone for the kiss …

Pretty much changed my mindset, by ''tricking'' myself I've got absolutely nothing to lose. I'd rather get a ''no'' than asking myself ''what if'' afterwards. Don't think about being creepy. After all, you're a man, it's perfectly normal to go for a woman. You will have some degree of creepiness, but you shouldn't care. You're a man and you go and take what you want.
