because her smile lights up the room and her sense of humour makes you forget your worries. This is again something a woman does for you, not an achievement in its own right. If a man loves me just because I make him forget his worries, I'm outta here, bye. There's also plenty of beautiful men who make the room light up, this is not a gendered quality.

Not really an answer to your question, but 'benevolent' patriarchy doesn't really exist tho, that's the point. All forms of patriarchy impose a structure of hierarchy based on gender and sex, and one of feminism's main goals is dismantling the patriarchy in all its forms. The situation you're describing is not really beneficial for women anyway. Sure, they were protected against the most gross forms of abuse (sex work, poverty, etc.), but they were not protected against their own husbands/brothe…

Personally, as a woman, I'd like to know beforehand if a man has killed anyone, yes

I'm sorry, I'm OOTL... What are the 33 secrets?? What do redpillers assume we do during girls night??? Sacrifice our firstborn to Beelzebub? Plan to take over the world and start a Himbo-production plant? Like... what kind of nefarious things are we supposed to be doing during girls night according to them?

This so much! The whole "men want more sex than women" is such an annoying argument. That discourse harmful for both men and women.

Incredible, your response is almost a meme. You: "why are women not attracted to men?" Woman: "well we are, it's just that w.." You: "WELL I DON'T EXPERIENCE THIS, SO IT MUST BE TRUE FOR ALL MEN AND WOMEN IN EVERY CONTEXT, EVERY TIME!" woman: "if you'd just liste...." You: "NO, I WON'T LISTEN TO THE EXPERIENCES OF A WOMAN TO ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOUT WOMEN, INSTEAD I'LL MAKE IT ALL ABOUT ME, A MAN! My brother in Christ, I lack the time, patience and energy to make a detailed response to your post…

if women were attracted to average men, they would not swipe only on the top 5% of profile No, they don't swipe the TOP 5% of profiles (because there is no way of ranking or categorizing dating app profiles), they only swipe 5 percent of the profiles. Why is this? Because most of the men on dating apps (and believe me, I know because I use them) have no fucking clue what women actually find attractive. Like, no Garrett, I don't give a fuck about your picture with a dead fish/Bugatti/motorcycle. …

so many women The fact that an inmate receives hundreds of letters doesn't mean hundreds of women are sending him letters. It only takes two or three very obsessed women to write letter every day to receive hundreds of letters.

That's good then, you did all you could. I was merely talking about some profiles I've seen on dating apps. I wish you the best of luck, internet stranger!

Omg yes! The amount of dudes who think it is attractive to pose with their car or a dead fish is outrageous!

The thing is that I grew up in a family that always went on quite adventurous holidays (camping etc.), so I had that advantage. I also had the advantage of being able to go backpacking alone in New Zealand at 18, because my parents saved money for me. I gained a lot of experience from that. I think for a beginner traveler I'd give the advice to start small. Go to a place that you don't know well, but is close to your home. Try to figure out how you can get from A to B, where to get food, where t…

Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way. One thing that really broadened my horizons and taught me a lot was travel. It made me much more independent and it is a very nice topic of conversation (everyone has traveled somewhere, so it is very nice to compare experiences). You meet a lot of new people on your travels, with whom you can practice conversation with no strings attached (you won't see them again anyway so if you fuck up, no one cares). Traveling is a VERY good way to step out of your comfort z…

No one should attempt to be a "high value man." Be a high value human being instead and leave the RP bullshit in the trash.

I'm a woman and I agree. If someone has killed a lot of people I wouldn't date him.

The logic in shaming women for sex is so strange to me. It's also sort of... shooting themselves in their own foot, right? Assuming all men want sex, like the RP claims, shaming women for having sex is going to have the effect that women don't want to have sex anymore, like OP says. Men: "I wish more women would have sex with me so I can feel MANLY!" Also men when a woman has sex: "y'all are WHORES!"

I agree with this! Yes there might be a hierarchy, but I wonder if that is necessarily a good thing. Moreover, one of the issues I have with the whole RP alpha/beta/gamma/sigma yaddayadda is that it is so essentialist that it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. If a man thinks he is an alpha or beta, he begins to act like it, thus leaving no room for change, thus cementing his idea of being an alpha/beta male. It becomes a vicious circle. Also, the RP always talks about alpha/beta males, but nev…

Do you also realise that the question isn't about women? Women aren't a different species than men. Men could "weaponise" your feelings too. This is very important! As a woman, I've had my feelings weaponised against me too by men I was dating at the time. But I didn't stick around, because, surprise: toxic people are gonna be toxic. So yes, some women belittle men who show their feelings, and it's an excellent filter for you! If you're dating a person who makes fun of or shames you for expressi…

They're delusional. And their behaviour is worrying. I'd run away from them faster than you can say "rapist."

I'm a woman on a student loan (meaning I've got very little money). Also a virgin (for personal reasons). I'd rather cut off my own arm than to have sex with someone to get something in return. I'd rather live in extreme poverty than become a sex worker (nothing against SWs, I just wouldn't want it for me personally). Sex and intimacy need to be freely given, with no terms and conditions. There are probably some who see sex as a transaction, but I think these women have a very unhealthy view of …

In my country it is super common to go live with roommates once you start studying so no, not a problem with me. As long as he has his own room and no creepy roommates. And as long as he knows how to keep the house clean and tidy of course!

Yeah it's also maybe because I've got high standards in dating and I have a set series of red flags in someone's dating profile that is an instant left swipe. In short: I think my left to right swipe ratio is like 30:1 lol. So it's also my fault I don't get matches. 🤣 I think it's interesting how many men think that penis size matters. IMO, that is exactly the thing that X tributes to the orgasm gap. Men thinking they need their gear down there to give a woman pleasure, while it's actually more …

I don't think it's in the hundreds of profiles that I swipe on, but it is a lot (not like 30 or smt). Contrary to popular belief, penis size has very little to do with women's sexual satisfaction (Obviously extreme sides of the spectrum, like micropenis/horsedong are a different story lol). Research suggests that around 95% of heterosexual men orgasms regularly from sex, but for heterosexual women it's somewhere in the 60%. Here's a Wikipedia article on it: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orgasm…

What do you mean hundreds of messages? I hardly have 5 matches on Bumble every month and maybe two of them text me back... The redpill is very good in creating false narratives. "Women are riding the cock carousel" well actually there is a huge orgasm gap between heterosexual men and women and more and more women choose to refrain from casual sex because it isn't satisfying for them, quite literally. "Women always receive thousands of compliments a day..." Well, only from men who want to have se…

Personally I wouldn't date a dude who's living with his parents. In my experience, these dudes are not autonomous, responsible adults and they have no basic life skills. They rely on their mommy to fix their things and expect me to be their mommy 2.0. No thank you sir. That being said, I fully understand why people live with their parents, especially in this economy. I just don't wanna date them.

Welp this is some bad interpretation of psychology... Just because some cluster B personalities show promiscuity doesn't mean a promiscuous person is a narcissist/sociopath. Same with psychopathy: a relatively high number of psychopaths enjoys sour or bitter foods over sweet food. That doesn't mean that someone who likes black coffee or dark chocolate is a psychopath. And we don't recognize these people as such, because many people have other filters to recognize a narcissist or psychopath. You'…
