Nowhere does the movie show that Phil stopped chasing Rita. It doesn't spoon feed it to you with a voice over of Morgan Freeman going "And Phil sort of stopped chasing Rita at that point" The middle of the movie is him chasing Rita. The end of the movie is him running around doing stuff that he wants to do with Rita noticing.

I'm amazed at how stupid people are. That isn't what happened in Groundhog's Day at all. It was only after Phil stopped chasing Rita that he got her. Instead of chasing after her, she ended up following after him. He learned French Poetry in an attempt to impress her, to give her what she wanted. It didn't work. He learned to ice sculpt and play piano because he saw other people doing it , and felt a desire to learn himself. I really am just astounded at your stupidity, and of the stupidity of e…

All you have to do to be successful on online dating is have something that they want to get from you. 1.) You're attractive. They want to use that to feel good about themselves. 2.) You have money. They want your money. 3.) You have an active social life. They want to co-opt it. We're all brainwashed, but especially women, to believe our lives should be like teen movies. Most women are not going to the club with attractive people on the majority of weekends. 4.) Status. Anything that you can se…

Oh good. Now that she's been outed as a dirty lying slut, she's going to start to get 'internet harassment' and that internet harassment is going to be indicative of rape culture, and how society disregards women's experiences, and is predispositioned towards violence against women, and then a gofundme can be started for her, and she can get a half million dollars. You don't know what happened in that bathroom...she was confused!

Do you even like single moms? I'd say that post is overboard, but the basic premise is pretty spot on. Most single mothers I know ARE scum, at, the ones that had kids out of wedlock, or that were only married for a very short period of time. Scum isn't even the word I'd use. The vast majority of single mothers suck. They aren't people to be put on a pedestal, or to be praised for all the hard work they do. They fucking suck. They sucked before they had the kid, and they suck after they had the k…

My issue is that women that think like this don't have any concept of the numbers, the numbers that are integral to RP theory. The don't understand that women are only really maybe attracted to 20% of men, whereas men are attracted to about the opposite, about 80% of women. I always get the feeling that these women have no idea of this. IT's like they think that hot dudes are some reasonable subset of the population, and that they're on those guys level since those guys are willing to have sex w…

Women work harder to maintain their SMV, and get small boosts, because deep down they know that's what matters. They know that the guys they want the most do not care that they are educated etc. Women are always competing with each other to see who can have the nicest shoes, the best make up, the best dress etc. etc. They're always seeking positive reinforcement. But, you're wrong. You're confusing working hard in a preoccupied, obsessive way, with the hard work that actually changes ones SMV. A…

Widows, those that get divorced after having been married in some cases (the longer married the better), and possibly those that get artificially inseminated are fine. Those that have kids young and out of wedlock are almost universally scum, or damaged. I don't need to rationalize it, just recognize it.

Asian men, particularly Chinese men, come in a lot more body types than typically advertised. There are definitely some bigger Chinese guys. I've never seen a really broad shouldered Chinese guy, but there are plenty with medium frames 5'10''+. Japanese and Korean, though, they seem small. Indians are small. At least, I've never seen a big Indian. Indians also have the smallest penises. I'd have to dig up a source on that, but I believe it was 4.5 inches. OF course, one study isn't conclusive. I…

Mutations may occur at random, but they survive because there is a reason for them to survive. Human behavior has a function, every time. I'm sure it's possible that some behaviors are vestigial... Sexual attraction may be irrational in the moment, but it's rational in the long run.

Well, you have to remember that 'The Wall' is always relative to oneself. So, your friends mom may be super hot, but she's still less so than she was at 20. Likely. there are radical changes of course, from an obese person to a super fit person, perhaps, but people generally stay about the same, and there's less of a change from being a thin slender woman, to a super fit one then you may think. The main point though, is that it's relative. If you're the hottest of the hot at 20, getting everyone…

Also, I don't have to worry about having a Downs child when I get married post wall. Why? Because I'm never going to procreate. Ever. So I'm set. So.....what? This is a non-factor. That you don't plan to procreate doesn't change your biologically wired preferences. Or a man's preferences. A man will still find you less attractive as you age. You can make the argument that we can overcome that due to valuing certain mental factors, but, if those mental factors are present in a younger girls body,…

Love is nonsense. Love is stupid. Love has very little place in a modern society. It is not fullfilling the obvious. Sure, there is friendhsip love, and familial love, but the love we as a society really focus on is Romantic love. It's so powerful that it has an element in almost every story. But on the surface it's idiotic, not logical, and only really suitable for a flawed, stupid, illogical being. Men and women's preferences for each other are derived to serve a silly stupid system that produ…

There are lots of red pill reasons like this. First off, women want men who are better than them. People in STEM view their degrees, even just B.S. degrees, as badges of honor, worth more than other degrees. A woman in a STEM field isn't going to want to settle for a man that doesn't have a STEM degree, or an advanced degree of some sort. Her field significantly narrows because of this. Similarly, people in STEM have the highest IQs, and high IQ people just aren't going to marry low IQ people. T…

Did this sub recently get linked to some popular feminist blog or something, because I haven't been here in a couple of weeks, and there is an awful lot of drivel being upvoted right now. by the time I graduate I'll practically be about to hit the wall. Yes. You will. Though, I should amend, The wall isn't quite the right concept. Maybe it's more like the brakes. Women should recognize that they have the most power when they're young. No job is going to trump being young and beautiful. I always hear about how much better people become when they get older, how much they change, etc, and I think it's bullshit. They don't, and if they do 'change' it's because of circumstance, not because of any evolution of themselves as a person. If there is growth it's minor, even though minor growth can be profound, and there's also a good chance that people actually reg…

These girls that rail against nice guys, say they're assholes in disguise, say they just want friendship, they're so full of shit. I have to believe one of two things. Women are stupid Women have a great ability to rationalize their behavior in a way that makes them feel comfortable with themselves, in a way in which they can have their cake, and eat it too. Personally, I'm going with the second. I don't think this guy was insidious, I don't really think the girl was, but I think both of them kn…

I worked at an extremely upscale country club. The women were reserved, beautiful, well dressed, and for the most part within 5 years of their partners age. However, it's not like I would even know if any of them were shitty, though I would say that the younger ones there did generally have a lot of kids. Like 3-5.

I think this is exactly it. If they believed their own rhetoric, then they would choose the average looking guy that had a decent job, treated other people as equals, was polite, and wanted a close loving relationship above all else. Instead, they want what all women want, and they don't want what they should. To maintain their illusion of moral superiority/enlightenment, they have to demonize nice guys. It's a necessity. You're the problem, not me!

Wow, maybe it's not attitude, it's looks. Nick is apparently ripped and muscular. IT's fucking amazing, isn't it? You read this entire article and get the idea that they have no idea. The conclusion the article is trying to draw is that men aren't able to handle tinder because men aren't mature enough to go into relationships. They have no clue that they're only talking about the top 20% of men, they're just oblivious to it. If they got what they wanted, they still wouldn't get what they wanted. I realized that you live in this fantasy world where women only fuck rich, tall guys. You're missing a key word. Want. They want to fuck tall rich, in shape guys. A lot of women are living in that fantasy world, as you call it. Did you not see the links to the romance novels I posted? Middle School is when you start to like girls sexually, when you really become focussed on them. Feminists seem to want to completely quash the idea that a girl being slutty has an enormous probability of being broken and incapable of monogomy. They always seek to make the exceptions the rules. One hypothetical girl somewhere may sleep with a lot of guys and get into a good relationship afterwards, so therefore all must be like that. My own experiences say that sluts are broken and much more likely to cheat. Most people's experiences point to that, but feminists and liberals want to oppress…

No. It's more that if a woman has had any positive interaction with a man that she wants she'll try to interact with him immediately the next time she's around him. Certainly not the same thing, but I'm trying to say women seem to need confidence instilled in them to approach. There was a girl that was a friend of a roommate that was way, way, way into me. Cool, but I'm just going to believe my own eyes and ears. I walk on the street, I work, I've worked in environments with young women. If there was constant sexual harassment I would have caught on by now. But there's not. The only people that are sexual with women are alpha males, or alpha male lites, and women laugh, encourage, and are receptive to them. Omega males avoid and hardly say a thing. Beta males gladly take up the mantle of friendship. How have I caught on to all these interactions, but missed all the sexual harassment? My theory is that wo…

Hook up is a vague word? What does it mean? If a girl takes it to mean one night stand, and that to specifically mean, "guy I met once and ever saw again," Then Brian, the alpha male from her 300 person lecture hall that she fucked doesn't count as a hook up, because they talked twice in class, he has her number, and there is potential there for a relationship.

I used to buy into this more when I was younger, which made me like Democrats, but I've woken up to them. They'll pay lip service to any disenfranchised group, pump up their victimhood, give it credence, just to get the vote. Gay men have the sexual appetites of regular men, just for man butt instead of pussy. The gay community is a lot more open in hitting on each other because they are a lot more receptive. Just imagine how the world would be different if both sexes were into 80% of the opposite, instead of women only wanting 20%. I've been hit on gay men several times. As a woman, you always have the option of having sex. The only reason a woman is ever alone for an extended period of time, not in a relationship, is because she has an inflated sense of self worth, of her SMV. Women don't have to improve themselves for companionship. They just have to leverage sex into orbiters or fuck buddies. Women do have to improve themselves to get commitment from the sorts of men they want commitment from. So, I reiterate, if you've been lonely it's probably you're over i…

It's strange why women would even want kids since it's not in their nature to pass on their genetics What? This is basic evo-psych/biology. I have to say, I'm not really even against this hiring of women into positions in academia because they are teachers and role models, and I think having a diverse staff helps encourage people from all walks of life pursue STEM degrees. Just because women are hired at a 2:1 ratio doesn't mean that there are currently 2:1 women being hired. It's still overwhelmingly male. I used to be so much more a democrat as a kid, but now I just see Democrats for the whores they are. Hilary Clinton isn't an idiot. She's a whore, and she'll say anything to get votes. What is her policy that is going to rectify the great inequality in income in America? I see nothing put forward. Democrats are the monarchs of lip service.

This is a bad question. Women will recognize that a guy like that has much higher SMV than they do, so they'll be excited if he's shy and quiet because it means they'll have a chance to manipulate him into staying. Most women are too intimidated by alpha men to admit that they want them, so you'll see sour grapes all the time with them, but some good looking guy that's cloystered and anti social is a way to get one and feel like he's not going anywhere.

It's a lot more difficult for a good looking man to be beta because of they way women treat them. First off, a good looking guy, that has been good looking his whole life, never had to amend his thinking patterns in an attempt to be more desirable to the opposite sex. Average looking guy don't get the attention or interaction they want from women, and so they tell themselves, well, I must be doing something wrong. It's just that what we define as wrong we take from what we see in popular culture…

Even though I'm the one questioning this as well: I knew my father's salary all from growing up, and he never kept it from me but always added that it was a private matter. I didn't know the whole history at the time, but, I know when I was born he was at 11 dollars an hour, 1990 money. By the time I'd asked about it I was probably 7 or 8 and was told, it was 60K at that time, and by the time the company he was working for went under ~2000 it was 90K. He started his own, and peaked at 300K befor…

I agree that it is not that 'affluent', however, at 80K the guy would be in the 94th percentile among single tax filers in the United States, and 88th for men. I do find these stories hard to swallow sometimes because a woman making 200K today would be in the top 0.05% of all women.

Women are naturally pre-disposed to only give sex towards men they deserve as worthy, and this is determined by a thousand little things that let them now their worth, as well as having an idea of the absolute value of all men. If a woman is sleeping with a lot of men, it means that she does not have a proper evaluation of her self worth. She either has very low self-worth and will sleep with a lot of men to try to prop it up, or she has an incorrect view of her worth to men, and confuses the fa…

My feelings of support for TRP comes not from how the 9s and 10s act, but how the 4-7s act, the range the majority of young women are in. I agree with another poster about the extremely attractive women not being cunty. The 9s and the 10s are usually really kind and care free because the world bends to their desires. They have no reason to be cunty, life is great. TRP is tailored around these types of women. What I challenge a red piller to do is to look outside of this prism at NORMAL women. No…

I honestly feel the opposite. Voice acting is the mark of the falling actress. A recent actress that followed this path is Zooey Deschanel. When was the last you heard of her? I think that's kind of it, but I'd explain it a little differently. All this talk about not liking these sorts of guys is always just sour grapes. Men do it a lot too with not liking skinny bitches, liking meat on their women, etc. Humans will always try to convince themselves they're the 1%, and to do that they have to convince themselves that the 1% is flawed, undesirable, morally bankrupt, stupid, anything to make them feel better about themselves. stats About 46,900 new infections in 2010, 4,100 for men who fall under the heterosexual contact category, with 2,700 of those being black men, and 780 being Hispanics/Latinos. I'd assume most of the people on here are heterosexual white men, and the estimate there is 620, or 1.32% of new cases. I have to wonder, though, how they collect data. Certainly a survey self-reported method, and I've got to wonder how much of that 1.32% is hiding drug use, or sex with men.

It depends. If she is finding ways to buy shoes and beer then it's, "Well honey, you keep buying all these shoes and beer. I don't mind paying more rent to help you with your debt, but I'm not going to pay it just so you can be comfortable buying shoes and beer." Negotiate based off of her actual finances, and I would say, for psychological reasons, definitely do not pay the whole rent even if she's just paying 10%

they resent the idea that they still have to prove themselves worthy of a woman's sexual attention and attraction rather than just having it being something they get by dint of existing. For that first point, man, they sure don't read other women's profiles much, because you can levy the same criticism. I guess it's not mutually exclusive, being critical of both, but it feels a little like it. I wonder if they view their profiles with the same scrutiny. It doesn't bother me if I find out about a guy that a girl has slept with, but I know him, or of him, and that he's a decent guy, and they were together a while, and they were in love etc. It bothers me if she used to party a lot in college and sucked off some guy that she met, or barely knew, just because he was on a sports team or was 6'5''. Understand that you shouldn't make evaluations like this unless you're in good physical shape already. Your body fat percentage, for instance, should never exceed 15%. Your face changes a lot during the drop from 20% to 8%. A major reason many people don't have jawlines is because they're carrying too much fat. I'm 6'1'' and have a medium frame according to my wrists. I've never been in good shape, but have never been over 200 pounds, and spent most of my adult life around 180. However, when I g…

You do realize that attractive women are in a similar boat; they're not wanted for themselves, but for their looks, and all that comes with that. Oh, I completely disagree. All the beta feelings rush forward when you see a girl you're really attracted to. You want to talk to her, get to know her, treat her nicely. There is an answer, but you don't need to find it. Women are attracted to men who can get with a lot of women. Men are attracted to women who don't get with a lot of men. End of story. There's no point in telling her this, she won't want to hear it. She'll deny it, find the nice pretty nonsense fairy tale logic out of it that of course you'd be a bad person not to believe. That is, have other friends at the gym, go out with them, without her. Invite her along sometimes. Don't have coffee with her and then leave when she's ready, have coffee with her and then leave at an appointed time because you have somewhere else to be, something else to do. Jackman can have everything, his SMV is so high, that he can afford to entertain certain blue pill ideals like loving someone for who they really are.
