I just had this happen to me about 5 minutes ago and I realized what caused it. What helped was a thought of how fucking large the world, and how many people there are, that really why would they give a shit to what I do, so why should I care. Sorry, I dont mean to be rude but on your 8 hrs of sleep a night advice I would actually suggest getting 6, 7.5, or 9 hours of sleep as your body actually sleeps in intervals of 90 min. or 1.5 hrs. Try this and even though you might physically get less sleep you will feel even more refreshed. source:experience and this!
