I've seen far more biphobia from the LGBTQ+ community, than I have straight people. The one group that should be backing the bi people, and they don't care. The B is there because they want to pretend to be inclusive. That being said, I have met plenty gay people who support us, but the community as a whole tends to be very toxic to bi people.

You mentioned Tesla. From what I've read over the years, it's not that Tesla was the precursor to MGTOW, but more that he was either gay, or asexual, so he just naturally wouldn't have had a lot of interest in women. In that day and age, it was potentially dangerous to come out as gay, so we will never definitively know the truth.

To be fair, bisexuals, in particular bisexual men, have had a hard time being accepted by the LGBT community for a long time, because they can "appear straight" by dating the opposite gender. Now, I'm not saying it's right for them to do that, just that it's not new.

I'm sorry to correct you, but it should be "It's not your fault". You're means you are. The ' is replacing the a in you're. If you got rid of the contraction, and said all of it, it would read "It's not you are fault", which doesn't make sense. Other than that, this is pretty interesting.

I'd like to add, that as a man, hitting your rapist, if they are a woman, will mean that YOU are the one who gets arrested. Any assault on a woman is enough to get arrested, even if they are raping you, as men are very rarely believed when they report they were raped by a woman. It's hard to prove as a man that you were raped, but if she has a black eye, it's pretty easy to prove you assaulted her.

Before I wised up, that's what I always though, was "I wonder what that guy did to poss her off", not "That woman is an abuser, and this is wrong." I've heard other people say it too, when they see some woman hitting a guy. I've seen videos posted up online, of a woman hitting a guy, and people (mostly guys), will comment how wrong it is, and people will jump in saying things like "well, you don't know what he did to piss her off", as if that's some sort of excuse for her to hit him.

The Canadian side is fantastic. Near the falls, there are a bunch of tourist traps, and restaurants, etc. (Including a Planet Hollywood). The town itself is much better than the US side, not just the tourist areas. I'm from the US, but would much rather spend my time on the Canadian side. The US side still hasn't seemed to figure out how to capitalize on the falls being there, even though all they have to do to figure it out, is cross the border and see what the Canadians have.

I've already gone quite minimalist, and one of my goals, is to live in a Tiny House, or RV full-time at some point. I strongly recommend it. I don't have a lot of stuff to clean, or pickup, or take care of. It's pretty nice. Also, I save a lot of money by not accumulating a bunch of stuff I don't need.
