Is statutory rape a messed up law, then? If a 46 year old male to had sex with a 14 and 16 year old pair of females, would that be ok? Not to mention giving alcohol to a minor. At least one of the kids regrets it - /u/iMADEthis2post is right, a man would spent the rest of his life in jail. Same crime, same punishment.

What about her even getting custody of the child? Let's see how that'd play out if it was a guy committing statutory rape.

So he should have to pay in spite of not wanting the kids? It's like saying two wrongs make a right.

Sometimes women are the harshness of the world, just like sometimes men are the harshness of the world.

Which is a good point. I was just pushing for equality here - if we can't have one, why can they?

If it's fair to send a guy to jail over making one for women, but allow women to have one for men, does that make it ok?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
