I think it is one of 2 things Crab In Barrel Mentality: Most people have a negative reaction to seeing others do very well & surpass them in something because it reminds them of where they are in comparison to the person who is bettering themselves. It stems from insecurity/jealousy. Your family might worry about it becoming an obsession & despite popular opinions being obsessed with Fitness is not healthy at all. With great physical change often comes psychological change. They might think that…

There's a difference between fat & thick. Trust me, there is a difference between having a big ass/legs because you don't skip leg day & having a big ass/legs because you eat too damn much.

I personally don't do the 1 - 10 rating thing. But I have a variety of types physically. Mentally, the traits are the same. Short, thick/curvy, with long curly hair & nice eyes tends to be the common consensus for me.

You've probably desensitized yourself due to excessive masturbation. Go for at least 1 -2 weeks without any porn/masturbation. Learn to go without it & that will help you mentally. In the meantime, strengthen your PC muscles (these are the muscles that you clench when you need to piss but aren't near a toilet. These are also the muscles responsible for the strength of your orgasm & they help you last longer). You strengthen these muscles through kegel exercises. I can send you a good program tha…

There is a Chapter in "The Book Of Pook"about how his level of attraction improved as he got bigger. I've gained 45lbs & the way that both men and women treat me is significantly different. The physical transformation also had an affect on me mentally as well.

I hear that. The gym is where I go to switch off. I'm there to lift & not scope out females. I'll admit there are some really good looking women there but they're a distraction nothing more.

Training and putting on muscle really changed my life. Aside from the obvious physical growth it had many profound psychological benefits as well. It boosted my confidence, gave me more of a presence and lead to people treating me very differently (both men and women). I'll admit, I am not the best at spotting female attention but when I'm out with mates, they always bring it to my attention when I get checked out or other IOI's. Also it is nice when people comment on your physique (the first ti…

Good I'm bulking up. Started at 71 kg last August, now at 86.5 kg as of 2 days ago. In regards to studying and information recall, everything I am reading is sticking and I'm applying it very well both personally and professionally. More social. Increased awareness of IOI's and female attention. Crossed off two of my big 2017 goals. Bad Stagnated a lot in my routines and daily habits. In terms of personal development reading, I have stagnated. Been dirty bulking the last few weeks. Gained some m…

All depends on the look that you are aiming for. At your height, you would need more muscle on your frame to look big. At 6'2, I would personally aim to weigh between 190 - 195 lbs . At that point, provided that you train properly and grow in proportion you will look muscular but not freakish. If you have a small waist and naturally broad shoulder structure, it will be even better. Your natural v taper (shoulder to waist ratio) will be great. You'll want to hit your Back, Shoulders and Arms hard…

Sounds great especially the kickboxing. Being able to defend yourself breeds a certain confidence that is amazing. I would add some reading, a strong body without the same strength of mind is like only doing half the job. I assume you're with her for more than her body right? Her smile, her eyes, the way she looks at you, the thoughtfulness she has, the compassion etc. Those are all things people love to be complimented on.

I had the same realisation a while back. A girl I liked had a boyfriend and was unflinching in her loyalty to him. Put of me was gutted but it also made her even more attractive to me. Loyalty is something I value in a major way. It is something that I would want my partner/(s) to have. Remember: If she cheats with you, she'll cheat on you.

Cute: Being a good man and treating her right. Sexy: Being unflinching in your morals and principles regardless of the situation. The key from my experience is to be the best of both.

In my experience, bulking up did a lot for my attraction levels. Women became a lot more touchy feely and more vocal about their attraction towards me. Plus, the strength & size you gain improves confidence. Also at your height, you don't need to be a 200 + lb tank to look good. When you hit 160 - 170 lbs with good proportions, you'll look great.

To build bigger arms you want to focus primarily on the Tricep. One piece of advice that I can give is to add in a few (2-3) sets of Dips either before or after your training session. Personally I do them after I train upper body and they have helped increase my arm development significantly. I prefer higher reps (15 -20) , but slower and more controlled. To really hit your triceps ensure that you lockout at the top of each rep (really try to squeeze the muscle as hard as you can for at least a …

As an NF, it is a bit of a double edged sword. Firstly, I would say that reading The Way Of The Superior Man, No More Mr Nice Guy and The Rational Male has definetely helped my perspective with women and life in general. Seeing things for what they really are has shifted my way of thinking greatly. Being an idealist is one thing, but ignorance is another thing completly. Bad: Being an NF often means that you are quite sensitive, sometimes overly so. Masculinity and sensitivity are two terms that…

I am currently training and bulking up now. I personallly have noticed a change in how I am treated from both men and women. Some of the women I work with are more flirtatious and complimentary and I feel a boost in confidence from it. Even a stranger (drunk dude, another story for another day) started talking to me because of my new build. The best feeling is that I am actively working toward attaining better health and my physique is a byproduct of that improvement.

I call it "doing you". Have you ever been in a situation where you're doing something you love and others see you doing it and then comment on it? "Man, you looked like your were in your element". I think it comes down to this. You learn social skills so that when you want/desire something you are in a better position to get it. A charismatic, likeable guy is more attractive than someone lacking both of those qualities. You can use the same example for work situations. Being able to work a room and make connections may be key to progressing within your industry. Getting people to like you, May merely be a consequence of you developing your social skills.

I'd assume that being in the pursuit of personal growth and development would inevitably lead to an increase in SMV. In your case, being more attractive to women isn't a goal but merely a by product of your development. What you do with your increased attraction level is up to you.

Contrary to belief, beautiful women never want to be complimented on their looks. They've become constantly validated for their looks. I was once told "Never compliment an obviously attractive woman on her looks & never compliment an obviously intelligent woman on her brains". For someone who "hates her face", she seems to like putting it on social media. It may be some type of validation seeking on her part. Also, are her looks the only thing you mentioned when she asked you?

Cut down on the boxing if your priority is bulking up.It is cardio that burns calories which you don't want too much of if you want to gain mass. Don't eliminate it completely, but reduce weekly sessions and duration if you can. If you can't,then up your calories even more so that you're not losing weight. Do this by determing how many calories you burn during your boxing/conditioning sessions and simply add that to your daily intake. A mass gainer shake should help with this. It's not ideal, but …

Insecurity. Was she always good looking or was she an ugly duckling? She most likely craves external validation to compensate for something. She may really be a narcissist, it would explain her only having her looks going for her. She might only care about what people can see. Many possible explanations.

I am predominantly an introvert, but when I'm out with my friends/family or doing something I love most would consider me an extrovert. One thing to note is that you are who you are. You as much as any are entitled to like what you like. A girl wanting to be with a black guy because we're "bigger" is like me liking white girls because they dont wear weave. Based purely on the physical. Of course, there are subversions to both the examples I just gave. We black males have a rather strange place in society for the most part. On one hand, it's seen as exciting to be with a black male (due to the stereotypes that porn convey) but we're not usually the ones you take home to intro…

I think it comes down to this. Accepting that you're good enough how you are but knowing you could be better pushes you to go to the gym and dress better. I don't do what I do because I'm not good enough, I do it because I know I could do more/be more. That is the ultimate form of self acceptance.
