It's just not true. Death is worse than not death.

Oh I didn't imply it. I explicitly stated it. You're the one who said that I claimed only one gender suffers. I claim that everyone suffers to varying degrees. Those who die suffer the most, those who don't die suffer less than those who die. There's a reason we call it the 'ultimate' sacrifice.

Jesus christ. Did you read what I said? I literally said, "You're right, it sucks for everyone."

There's no way I'll ever accept your premise that getting shot to death, and shooting someone to death, are equally bad.

You're right, it sucks for everyone. It's not black and white though. There are varying degrees of 'suck' and in the case of war, it's worse for men. Sucks for everyone, but more for men. The opposite is true in other 'theaters of suck'. Childbirth is worse for women. Yes, men have to deal with the shitty 9 months too, but it's worse for women.

That's not entirely true. The ADEA says you can't make hiring decisions because someone is over the age of 40. If they are under 40, I can still make decision based on your age. The law is designed to prevent discriminating against old people, not all people. EDIT: Although the state may have its own law, depending on where you live. At the federal level, what I said is true.

While you're right, there is the other side. Rates for disability insurance, for example, are less expensive for men while life insurance is more expensive for men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
