Men used to fight the war because there was a reward after winning the war, now even if you survived the bloodbath there is nothing for you, not even a liveable pension, just abject poverty and the same women will leave you and chose someone with money.

That's also what I had observed, everybody crying women and children are dying , as if men dying does not matter they are meant to die trying to protect their country their women , while the same women migrate to other nations and lead a comfortable life, checkout Ukrainian women lots of them got good prospects and future in Poland.

The solution is just be yourself, don't try to impress someone even if you like them. Just be yourself , if they like the actual you they will reciprocate, if they don't it's okay better stay single.

My company went to hire interns for tech role, 9 out of 10 hires were women because the hr is a women and she thinks women are not given equal opportunity. Equal opportunity does not mean that you do not hire any men , equal opportunity means you give the same interview questions to everyone irrespective of gender.
