10	In many nations, female conscripts cannot be sent to frontlines without their consent. Male conscripts can. Female soldiers in fighting positions cannot be sent directly into combat. Only male soldiers can. My company went to hire interns for tech role, 9 out of 10 hires were women because the hr is a women and she thinks women are not given equal opportunity.
