2	"Stranger danger" warning from cops because man tried to rescue little girl being attacked by an aggressive bird I think there's a difference. Guy A see girl fall in to pond and refuses to help because no one is around and he would be accuse of a crime. Guy A,B,C,D,E,F,G see a girl fall in to a pond and attempts to save her. Since he knows he won't be accused of being a sex offender. If their were more people around for the toddler then I am sure that man would have stopped to help.
