Seriously. You have to change diet gradually, so finish the cereal and yogurt you have and then buy some new better cereal and yogurt. Not that hard!

This book is so good. I know it's compiled blog posts, but the outlook it has given me on gender roles is really something I wish I would have known 10 years ago in high school. This should be required reading for every teenage boy.

Man you're gonna want to choose a bodybuilding program if you care about aesthetics. SS will get you strongk but you'll just have the t-rex physique

Starting strength? My man you are about to make all kinds of gains ALL KINDS

Yeah, this depends on your interest rate. If you assume you will make 7-8% annually on the market and your student loan rate is higher than that, you should definitely pay that off ASAP

/r/personalfinance is a GREAT sub, but beware of the general consensus there that you should help pay off your wife's student loan for her, save up money for an expensive ring, etc. then you bring up the opposite viewpoint and everyone loses their mind

I did Texas method after SS and made all kinds of gains on it. Plateauing here in a bit then I'll switch to 531 BBB. 531 is monthly and TM is weekly. Also, good report

http://archinte.jamanetwork.com/article.aspx?articleid=1134845 You're right, when harvard medical school studies 120,000 people for 30 years and comes to the conclusion that red meat consumption is associated with an increased risk of total, CVD, and cancer mortality it's understandable to just say "bullshit!" and disregard it completely. We need more critical thinking like this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
