I work in a factory setting and yeah I can kind of speak to this. A lot of times there are positions and stations that women are not allowed to be placed on because they are too difficult (they really arent) and yet the men who run those stations do not receive any extra commendations or pay for doing so. It has bothered me for a while.

If you have a warrant in one state then police officers in other states are able to see it and you will just be sent back there to be processed according to the crime. Generally you will be charged based on whatever state you committed the crime in, and unfortunately in some states there are even laws that allow criminal investigations to be done on miscarriages just in case it turns out that the miscarriage was caused on purpose.

I kind of agree, but also there is a part where she says that even women who do take it are only expected to do so as a last resort. I think it would be a nice good faith move if they just allowed it to be an unscheduled day off once per month just to be kind to the workers, and then that would also benefit the women because then they wouldn't feel pressured only to take it if the pain was debilitating.
