4	Hard case newbie: how do I get past the feelings of not being physically attractive enough, not being interesting enough and how do I stop caring what people around me (including the girl) will think when I approach? Specifically on the topic of not being interesting, I struggle with this too. Work more on being INTERESTED, rather than INTERESTING. If you are truly focusing in on the girl you're talking to you should just be able to make conversation based on what you here. As for that other stuff, work out and eat healthier. Find accountability partners/friends who you can make goals with as well. As a fellow kissless, handholdless virgin, I feel your pain. Don't lose hope though! 2	talked to a girl(i like) in class and then my whole body was shivering, felt like every cell was vibrating and i just wanted to sit down. This is good. The reaction you had was completely normal. As a guy who suffers from social anxiety and depression, I can empathize with you and how you felt. It's just all about practicing consistency and learning to push yourself out of your comfort zone to the point where the game just becomes second nature to you.
