Yea, true. Have had a string of bad recently experiences recently so feeling like utter shit right now. The fact she wasn't even very attractive and seemed like a social outcast in a sense makes it feel worse for whatever reason.

Having to do paleo or any special diet is unnecessary. At the end of the day, it's a matter of calories in versus calories out, hitting your macros, and eating in whatever manner that allows you personally to have maximum diet adherence. Also, lmfao at collagen supplement...please don't waste your money.

Been meditating daily for about 30-60 mins a day for the past 4 months, pretty decent looking and fit guy but started because I struggled with anxiety and stress issues.
