I used to agree with you. But reading clinical studies of the male psyche tend to show he is right. Humans biologically have a male dominance hierarchy, as do many other animals. There is an innate reason crying makes men look weak. We can say all we want that this is toxic but men really are the way they are for a reason

I got chewed out before on this subreddit for calling shit out like that. This subreddit sometimes isn't just about denying pussy pass. I feel like a lot of people are just angry at society for clearly having a bias against men. They have a right to be mad but this specific video was unnecessary

I'd normally agree with you. I'm all for denying pussy pass but men really are a lot stronger than women so sometimes you gotta defend yourself, but not too much. Those last few hits were tough. HOWEVER, it seems like he is being bullied and had enough. So in the end, I think he was justified

find what works best for you. I found that changing my diet helped everything fall into place. Your stomach has bacteria that affects your brain. Healthy diet = healthy mind. Once you got that worked out, start every morning with a cold shower. You feel a rush of energy and it will help you kick ass all day. Next, add structure that works for you. Example: work 9 - 5. Gym 5:30 - 6:30. Eat 7-7:30. Read 7:45-8:30. Relax 8:30-bed time
