I cant personally dictate how people hundreds of miles away can live, but the federal government certainly can. States rights do not supersede federal power. its sort of why we had a civil war. thats why states cant be have slavery, be segregated, have to have a drinking age of 21, and must recognize marriage between 2 different races Having a national age of consent would be no different than having a national drinking age of 21. since you didn't bother to address my solution I'm guessing that …

generally speaking that works out just fine. but in the case of people it doesn't function because we move around and cross borders making the law difficult to interpret to know what the proper action is. If i live on the border of Nevada and California say around Tahoe, i could meet a girl who is 16, who is from California, while i live in nevada. if she is visiting nevada, is it legal for me to sleep with her? what if the state of residence is reversed she lives in nevada, i live in California…

If i was over 18 in Nevada i could have sex with a girl who is 16. some states have an age gap provision, others have a mistake of age defense you can kiss, hug, hold hands with pretty much ANY age in the US and its legal, you can go to 3rd base/grope in some but not others and its legal. In New Hampshire you can marry a girl at 13 with parental consent and a judicial review then shits legal. thi…

as men our bodies are designed to handle a lot of punishment. women cant generate much force in comparison to us, so the likely hood of injury is very low. even so, its still completely bullshit that women are never reported for abuse. i have a feeling there are quite a few men out there suffering silently with abusive partners, that need to speak up and show this is a real problem that needs to stop. NO one regardless of gender deserves to be hit for any reason. the second you raise hands to so…
