I wouldn't post in a men's forum otherwise, but the OP has me worried. I have a Mirena IUD. Its good for 5 years. Any man who I'm about to get intimate with can stick his fingers... well. Um, the point in castration of removing the testicles, is that they will no longer produce testosterone. It has nothing to do with erogenous zones. The analog in a female would be the ovaries.
