Yeah, it puts too much pressure on the jaw hinges or something and deforms/wears it out because it is not what the natural position should be (tongue at the bottom of your mouth, jaw relaxed) First time I heard of mewing online I was just like... are you kidding me. But then again most of those people have only done it for a few years at most, not a lifetime like me so the effects probably just haven't hit yet.

When you think about it, makeup is just pigment so most of the time it doesn't matter if it's from Sephora or Walmart, just as long as it has pigment. The real problem is with foudation- if you are at either end of the skin tone spectrum, you're pretty much screwed because for the price of color mixers you might as well get a better more expensive foundation that fits out of the bottle.

5'5 but long legs- what I found helpful was to make your own clothes or custom tailor. Especially if you are slim as well. The stuff at malls just aren't made for our bodies and always ends up looking the wrong shape (because it IS the wrong shape). Eh, I say attraction based on body type/face is bullshit because there is no consistency across the world. In China, I have a good body (5'5, 97 lbs). In the US, I'm anorexic and need a few burgers.
