I realize that this is in Chicago, but if it takes an hour for police to show up then you live in a shitty place and should move. regardless, if I had footage of an altercation like this and was trying to prove that I was completely not unhinged I would have included the part where I drove up and when I called them to notify them. 1	I look too young. How can I work around this?
