It makes me question all african american doctors, which isn't right as many of them earned their place in med school by having great scores. If they can't get the job or promotion on their own, they remove the more qualified candidates based on things like race, sexual orientation, gender, etc. and simply place the person into the role regardless is they earned it or deserve it.
