Brother, that is her investment.....it just doesn't cost her much at that point in time. The wall, a few kids and some emotional baggage and all that changes. Woman are primal and preditory. ..they ate great hunters as long as someone else clean up th mess.

Denver guy. Here's my two cents: Denver has exploded in growth. Expect a high rents and home prices. A decent place near downtown will cost around $1,500 for 1 bd. Average home prices in metro area are close to $500k. Suburbs are very married and older. It's hard to find a bad area in Denver...even Aurora really isn't sketchy. I'm a sole father too and have been fir the last 10yrs. It's tough...real tough. I never seem to have enough time to for them and work. I've pretty much gone MGTOW...unless something falls in my lap and I play with it briefly. How did you build the fortune and still properly raise your kids? What sacrifices did you and your kids have to make?

Dadsdivorce.com is the source and was by far the most helpful and informative source.
