You're correct regarding child support. Alimony is different. Alimony is intended for the caregiver, since they're hypothetically forgoing career development in order to care for home and children.

I would not recommend a bike if you're experiencing acute back pain. It forces your lower back to support your body weight in a bent-forward position, and may worsen the imbalance and pain. Once you get to feeling better, then you can work it in.

Especially if you're doing intense exercise, it's important not to be sedentary when the worked muscles heal, or they'll heal short and sensitive.

I actually highly recommend walking as a stretching exercise for the lower back, hips, and butt. It's mindless, easy, and organically stretches and balances the body out.

Any decent deep tissue therapist can work all of those. Important to note, though: deep tissue is a specific modality, but deep pressure isn't the only way to fix what you're talking about. Even basic Swedish massage and some assisted stretching/range of motion will help with that. Pain like you're describing is often due to an imbalance between muscle groups, lack of flexibility, or overworked muscle groups. Making sure you address those first two and don't overwork yourself will help. A therap…

Deep tissue is pretty hard on the body. If it's super cheap, your therapist is getting screwed. Finding a good local therapist is a good option, I usually look for small studios with one to three therapists, and I expect to pay a little over the going rate for a regular massage. You can sometimes get deep tissue at the big chains (Massage Envy, Massage Heights, Elements) but it's going to be hit or miss.

Also, if you're looking for a super easy thing that doesn't take much effort at all, sit or stand behind someone with them on the floor or in a char to put their shoulders at about waist height. Put your forearms right in the "meat" of the shoulder between the neck and the outside corner of the shoulder, and lean forward so your body weight pushes your forearms into their shoulders. You can interlock your hands together if it makes it easier. Takes almost no effort, and feels wonderful.

The trick is not to use your hand muscles much. I use my hand muscles to lock my hands into shapes, but then push and pull with my body weight and big muscle groups.

A pensioner is an older person who is receiving a pension. A row is a scuffle or disagreement. It's Commonwealth English, probably British but could also be Canadian or Aussie.

It's an important factor for making the decision as to whether someone was impaired and needs a laboratory test. Like I said, it depends on where you are as to whether it's admissible as evidence, and whether it's sufficient proof on its own.

Breath alcohol tests can be used, but not the field units, at least in Texas where I'm from.

Yeah. It's like a dude running around in a speedo and getting offended when someone asks why he's dressed like that.

I guess it depends on where you are. I've seen echo chambers for both sides, and they're both annoying.

Honestly she probably was a child in that moment. She's in flight mode, using her most basic instincts and experience to try to get out of the situation. That's probably why it's incoherent and doesn't follow the facts.

The Sheriff is an elected local executive position. He is a law enforcement officer who presides over the county officers who enforce the law. He's like a police chief, but for a geographical area, rather than a city or state.

He does a great job. I'm a huge proponent of people being informed about their rights, and used to be big into the "Flex Your Rights" thing. These boys are being difficult, and they know it. It's not unreasonable for an officer to ask a couple of randos with rifles for their names. Sheesh.

If her boyfriend was truly doing a study, then the participants would need to provide informed consent, and the study would need to have gone through an Ethics Review Board process. Otherwise this would be inadmissible as data and could run afoul of ethics concerns. Her comments after that insulting the participant would never fly. There is no study.

It looked to me like the throw worked fine. It's not just the leg move, it's the rotation after he puts his leg in the her way (to create something to rotate her body around.
