3	"Feminine washes" are the fastest growing products in the feminine hygiene market. Yes, but there are natural and “good bacteria” in the vaginal area that helps us fight infection. Over-washing, especially with vaginal cleansing products ruins the pH and kills the good bacteria making women more susceptible to infection. A lot of reasons us women get UTIs is because we try to clean a lot down there, and essentially ruining the pH and natural odor and bacteria that makes our vagina healthy and can protect us from infection.
