6	Pointers on Getting a Vasectomy I am currently recovering from a vasectomy. Main thing, wear support and ice! Might not think your balls sag much but any sag at all will bruise them up. My whole sack was huge, black and blue. Thought I was good the first day after so went on with life, nope definitely take the time to recover. 2	Possible heart failure? I have the same issue sometimes. Think its spinal, but I don't have the loot for a chiropractor. I foam roll for about an hour a night. Few minutes each muscle group while I watch a show or something. Keeps me lose, but when I go a few days without I get the pain again. It's hard to breath, feels like my heart is cramping or something. I slouch bad from years of weight lifting too heavy with terrible form. Might give you some relief. 0	Anyone tried yoga and noticed it helped your life? I do some poses specifically for flexibility. I've had some good experiences with reiki though. 1	Dad say man who bonded with toddler at airport showed kindness and compassion. I was watching my son play in this little playground in the middle of our mall when I had mall security come up to me and ask what I was doing and such. My son was nervous because he thought they were cops and I was in trouble so he wouldn't come to me... Luckily my genes are strong and he looks just like me.
