Shortcut: introduce yourself to grandma. If she reacts good, point at her and say is this your daughter? She laughs. You tell grandma "oh shes cute huh?" then go right up to her ignoring friend.

not always true, what about those bullied by women? Or those who can't get over a rejection?

Approaching girls at work is possible, its easy to make up excuses that shes too busy or is paid to be nice to you or whatever. I know at my job there are customers that think I'm cute, so if a girl is experienced enough she will know this too. So that being said, the only difference is the fact that you haven't separated yourself from all the faces she sees that day, and that is on you. Jokes, banter, cocky/funny, anything that you think will get you noticed by her. Even asking her coworkers an…

So she looked you up on Bumble? Seems like she's curious. Don't take it back, just be like "Yeah I'm just tired of all these fuck-girls and I'm looking for something more", play the humor but don't totally rush into asking her out, see how she responds first.

I had this happen to me. I thought it was a little weird, but she was into psychology. I told her I would share the result on the date. It didn't really make her any more attracted to me. I guess you could make it funny, but such a rational conversation is hardly seductive.

I think of this mindset as if you have a big spotlight on you all the time and people can't help but look and judge. The source of this mindset is your ego. Sasha does a great talk about approach anxiety that would be worth for you to listen to. See, you might think people are staring, judging you, but the truth is people are in their own little worlds too concerned about their own lives to even care that you approach, they don't care enough to point and laugh at you. The other part is that you …

You don't have a big enough sample size. Go for more approaches. Stop talking to married women they are a tease. Take the pressure off yourself to get laid, if she's into you she will make it easier. Sometimes it's awkward that's okay.

If I was in your shoes I'd put my girl on ice, as in I would go cold on her. By even talking about the other guy your feeding into her hamster, thus she might continue to disrespect you so long as she sees it affects you. In fact, on her birthday, if you go, leave early. She might have been having innocent fun, but girls that think they can get away with things will push it. Her response is lame, I would expect a lame response because she wouldn't tell you she's at fault. I wouldn't say she's ch…

I don't think it's always been this bad but seeing that online game is low effort it makes sense that men would add it to their arsenal, especially in a big city. Cold approach is one way to set yourself apart, odds are that girl you approach might likely be on an app herself.

Needed to hear this, online apps used to be a good funnel for women, but my matches have stopped for months. I'm trying another app and its slow too. I now think it's because the photos I am using are either old or aren't the best, just OK. Of course I'm not a woman I don't take photos of myself everywhere I go, but seeing that it is so competitive, I need to up my photo game.

OP you make a good point but you gotta let go of the past and look more positively towards the future. I'm sure you've done things recently that you are proud of. Everybody takes a different path in life. There's no reason to regret because it doesn't serve you now.

There is something in the guy's head that is telling him that he can't trust her decision making. For whatever reason he feels that he must be reassured that she is comfortable throughout the interaction, and that her lack of accountability could get him into trouble. This woman is 30, she is not going to tell her parents or local authorities to arrest him, and she is an adult who is able to make decisions and follow through with them. The guy might come across as being sweet and caring, but he …

I guess you have to go with your gut on this one. Ive had a couple beautiful women give me a look, and I would try to at least start a conversation, but like you I wasnt ballsy enough to do anything more. If I could go back I would have at least slipped them my number. I realize now girls might even be intrigued by a guy who would take such a big risk for them.

What this sounds like to me is AA, if you dont smile or say morning to her why would she stop? Your confusion is because of your ego which only gets in the way because you interpreted a glance as interest, she may or may not have been your type but if you felt it then thats something to reflect on. I let my ego protect me for too long.

moms can't help but boast about their sons in front of girls. They get a kick off of young girl's approval, the best thing to do about it is act like your not phased, or step back and don't let your ego ruin a potentially fantastic opportunity. My family does this with every girl waitress I know the feeling you gotta push through make the best of it.

I think the way we can get through this mentality is by playing to win, and one of the keys to that is persistence, as in we shouldn't settle for letting them go. Let her be the one to say no. I tend to cover it up with niceness, but rejecting myself never ends well for me, so I need to learn how to be authentic and let her be the judge.

I think it helps because it allows me to visualize being in state before it happens. I like to calm myself before I go out, It helps with AA because it takes your focus away from distractions like other people before you even enter the field.

Def talk to other chicks, you dont want to follow her around like a puppy. If shes into you she will come find you. Reward her with your attention. If she turns to others, withdraw, dont chase.

This is a sticking point for me, even if the interaction goes well I wont close and I end up kicking myself later. I guess you never know untill you ask. If she 'checks all the boxes', theres no reason or excuse not to. At least you know where she works, you can totally try again!

A woman stayed over at my house. She was drunk but her and I hung out that night. I basically got close enough to get physical contact but failed to escalate. I wanted to seduce her but I couldn't. I think I use the fact she was drunk as a buffer from acting on it, almost a fear that I could be at fault for something she regrets. I guess I want an answer for how to push through the seduction and not let mental hangups get in the way. I understand if she says no, but I didn't take the window, and…

The good: Been hitting the gym 3x a week, staying active with surfing, swimming, hiking. went to the school to prepare for the fall semester. Getting my paperwork together to get a passport. Saving money. Last cold approach I did was last month, was successful in texting for a couple weeks but no date fell through. Making an effort to talk to more women. Bad: Ive been fapping more frequently, I basically quit porn but after about 5 days I snap and usually binge. I need to watch the drug use. I n…

I like the phone call idea also although it's hard not to feel like your overdoing it if she doesn't answer you cant do anything about it. She called me but I couldn't answer and I don't think she will call again. Sucks a bit but all the girls Ive dated Ive talked to, so hoping she will change her mind.

If I were to take her on a dinner date I would ask to keep it simple and split the bill. Its nice to pay for your date she will think its sweet but I wouldnt come right out with it. I think she will decide what its worth and spend accordingly.

So your used to escalating fast, but you slow down for this girl. That's good you closed with a plan for a date, however what stopped you from taking her around the mall real quick? I realize this isn't always possible but when your there with her that's the opportunity you need to seize. The kino could have started when you were talking to her, a hug or high-five is a good start. When your on the date, break the touch barrier asap. If at a table, sit next to each other, rather than across. If s…

If she is ever alone, get eye contact, approach. If not, which is most likely, approach but dont single her out. Try to talk to the group and add imput, and own what you say. Keep the attention on her to a minimum at first, but you do have the option of acknowledging her. Dont think of it like a proposal, see if you can make her smile/laugh its easy if she likes you. If your confident you can walk through a lot of bullshit like her friends attitudes.

You left it up to her that wont get you there. Have a plan. Dinner? Where? Must have been good rapport to get such a reply. Also your direct, which is good, but not exciting. Get her to feel something, then try plans.

I think you shouldnt feel like such a burden to them. Girls love the attention of men so dont think that finals will change that. Worst case you get rejected and maybe learn something.

I think its true but it could be dependent on location. Here in Socal I feel really average, although I have improved my physiche, there are many healthy men and women that live here. I used to compare myself a lot but I realized its a bad cycle since there will always be someone bigger or taller than me.

I am in my mid 20s. I am working towards becoming an adult and independent, but most days feel like a standstill, as in I seem to be improving but there are times when I fail and it hurts to be told your not trying hard enough when you feel like you are. How can I guarantee improvement everyday, or at least overcome this part of me that says I cant do it?

Id say that it does get easier, only it seems like some weeks it doesn't. It feels like Im starving myself, and it's only a matter of time before I indulge again. However I feel more sad when I watch it, I'd rather do it without the stimulation even though I crave it. I'm beginning to look at why I do it rather than trying to stop. I realized it's much deeper than a simple craving. It helps to look back and address the underlying issue. Good luck and keep moving forward!

The only thing about the hotel idea is that it might make her feel slutty to rent a room just to fuck. I guess if your both horny then she might be down, just be able to lead and use some plausible deniability if you can. Girlschase has good articles on logistics.

I am too but what helps is having a friendly attitude and not be so outcome dependent, as in dont try so hard to make something happen, rather let the interaction flow and end on a high note.

I am afraid of people pointing out or noticing my pursuit of women. I am a little embarassed about people around me finding out I am dating. I feel like if they find out theyd want to meet her or ask questions which Id rather not answer. For now I tell people Im not dating, but even around family Id rather have them not know so much. It seems irrational to hide it but I cant help but feel like I have to. How do I get rid of the embarassment feeling?

That makes sense, I understand it is neccessary to have some conversation, I guess the only drawback is that building/breaking rapport with online girls takes time and wit. Im a patient guy but theres also only so much you can do over text (asking a lot of questions mostly).

Good on you for having the awareness to see the situation for what it is. You could ask her out, you got nothing to loose, but to think that continuously feeding her attention will make her feel attraction for you, when there is none, is wrong. You cannot negotiate her attraction.

Im having difficulty with this too, as in girls either say maybe or ghost after I bring up the date. I dont ask for it, I suggest it. Ive tried it after messaging a couple days and Ive tried it within 10 messages. Usually I suggest coffee. I do notice if its short notice they freak out, so I try to plan it for that week. Of course with online dating you want to get them in person but its like they dont take it as seriously. Ive learned to watch her actions, even if they are invested they still w…

What is the preferred method for breaking up with a plate? I could let her down easy, but since I've been seeing this one I don't want to explain anything. I'm not rude enough to ghost, but since we are physically apart it seems easier to call or something.

The way I see it, if you were to send a message to your friend trying to start a conversation, its easy to start simple. "Hi", "Hey" "What you doing?", probably because you know that they are your friend and you should expect a positive response. But with a girl you don't know how she will respond; maybe she knows you, maybe she doesn't, but that's not why you freeze up. You basically don't want to mess up the outcome, so you try to think of the perfect thing to say, and by carefully choosing yo…
