No I actually couldn't. AZ is a no fault divorce state. So in practice it only matters if the woman says abuse. If she has a child during marriage, it's the husband's ...period, regardless of paternity tests. If she assaults the husband and police are involved, the husband is removed from the home. AZ is the Miranda state, and AZ lost the case, but what you see and hear in other states doesn't apply. They don't read your rights there.

Well, my estranged daughter has a couple friend, the man half is now trans(and hes a USMC vet) and their 5yo is trying to change into a girl. They're happy, even eager, to "support" his transition. Personally I find the idea of his minor age transition to be akin to accepting NAMBLA grooming with intent to abuse. If a child is too young for consent, they're too young to choose transition. F U. First wife was an abuser after extracting a promise from me, before marriage, to never strike her. She held off a few months. She tried to hit me when my hands were occupied holding one of our kids. We divorced after a year. Karma is harsh. She developed Parkinson's, so periodically I pray she leads a very long life.
