Indian law also states that if a man rapes his wife it’s not rape because they’re married, so uh, india’s laws are just shit

I assume they’re keeping the boy in a detention center to prevent his other family members from doing anything if by some chance they’re responsible (they’re not obviously) and the girl kind of absolutely has to go to the hospital because they can’t really put her on trial when, y’know, she’s 5 months pregnant. They kinda have to make sure she actually is pregnant and what the next steps are before they put her on trial. Nothing here says she’s not being charged.

I hate men because i made a valid argument about how the issue isn’t gender it’s the judge and the jury?

Yeah, that’s true, I appreciate the information backing up your claims, this subreddit is batshit crazy, so I think I’ll just ignore it from now on, but it’s definitely a fault in the law system

That doesn’t change the fact that the gender has nothing to do with it.

Well i mean in the event of a tresspass if you are to defend yourself and the person you defend yourself from is injured by you, they are legally allowed to sue you, I’ve been taught this for a long time. Shitty, but has nothing to do with gender, however whenever a woman doesn’t get in trouble you guys always assume gender is the reason, which it is in certain cases, but not most. Trespassing is only a misdemeanor.

Your “doubt” lacks evidence to back it up.

Stating the obvious, woulda went the same way with a dude, it’s an issue with our law not with women

this has nothing to do with gender, you’re just reaching as far as you can.

I mean, women shouldn’t have to do something that men don’t have to, and i mean, I’ve implied my availability to women and they don’t see any issue.

Ah yes, obviously unemployed women should get more than unemployed men all because of gender, it’s not like they’re both unemployed or something like that

Still doesn’t mean that’s the issue, pedophilia is pedophilia, regardless of sexuality.

It’s not that they’re gay, most gay people are actually cool, it’s the fact that they’re pedophiles, which I guess hiring a gay pedophile into Boy Scouts is a terrible idea.

Because some angry girls made them fight pointless legal battles. If I tried to post this on a feminist subreddit, I’d probably be banned or told “but what about sexual assault” or something like that.

“Men aren’t as ashamed when they’re raped, so it doesn’t matter as much” is what I got out of that. That’s shit logic, she’s just defending disgusting criminals all because they’re female. That’s a shitty excuse for a human being

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
