1	Replacement for cigarette? Well I used to smoke cigarettes and found it that my health started taking a hit because of the amount i smoked so I switched to vaping. 1	Vaping as a red pill man Most cigarettes have a filler called reconstituted sheet which is basically tobacco stems and other parts that go to waste are mashed into a pulp and then made into a paper which they shred up as the filler.
