I read an article a couple years ago that an Indian skin-bleaching cream (it’s sad I know) targeted men through an app that allowed them to whiten pictures of their face. Dudes apparently made a huge deal, meanwhile Indian women have been targeted by colorism for centuries. Some of the saddest shit I’ve read.
