To sue Jackie or the reporter herself, they run the risk of bad PR and more negative news stories. Not agreeing with it, just saying it's a risk. I think it sad that she felt the need to turn a story from which she originally felt empowered for standing up for herself, to making herself the victim. Abusive bitch behavior or not.
