1	This series of posters has been making its way around the internet, was wondering what /r/mensrights thinks I'll just say now that it wasn't until I came back to see the first batch of replies that I noticed the other posters at the bottom of the link, one of which shows a pair of gay men. By the "actual message", I meant simply the "sex without proper consent is rape" message. I'll admit there are some anti-male tensions in the posters, but I don't view them as the main issue of the poster. I would distinguish between the poster say "men are rapists" and the poster saying "sex without consent is rape." And yeah, it can be extremely hard to tell sometimes, especially when you're both drunk/intoxicated. My personal definition of this is consensual (yet stupid and unwise) sex. "what if they change their mind and don't want to say anything?" If they don't say anything, then it's not a declaration of un-consent, so I would have to say that it would not, in this situation, be legal rape. While the person may FEEL raped, without speaking up or resisting, they may have put their foot in it big time.
