What Housing Is Covered? The Fair Housing Act covers most housing. In some circumstances, the Act exempts owner-occupied buildings with no more than four units, single-family housing sold or rented without the use of a broker, and housing operated by organizations and private clubs that limit occupancy to members. HUD and FHA

The speech doesn't meet the standard under Brandenberg v. Ohio for inciting violence. So, sadly, totally within author's first amendment rights. edit: As for the threats against persons, no person is identified so the threats are not specific enough to fall outside protected speech.

I read this comment too and am confused at why the list is so great in Kelly's eyes. Yes, we all fit that description. Congratulations, you created an all-encompassing list of things some men do on occasion. ::Facepalm::

TL;DV: Police serve a mother with a court-approved custody order that the mother doesn't (and doesn't want to) understand. Father has dominate custody and mother has her on the weekends, this occurred on a wednesday.

Reach out to an attorney. I would do this before going to CPS because, as Dream... points out, it could open a can of worms that will be difficult to deal with. What they are doing is fucked up. I think something needs to happen, but you will definitely get pegged as a problem creating ex-spouse, even though the truth is your are trying to protect your son. Also, the SO should not be punishing your son ever. Is it safe to assume you and your ex are not on fantastic speaking terms?

Whenever my dog is cleaning her lady parts I tell her "Good girl, lick your vagina."

This, this is the place to go. Even if you went to a private attorney first, their initial step would be to contact the eeoc.

Apparently, I have a really hot neighbor that has class in the same building as me. My walk to school involves crossing a busy street, walking through a sports complex building, across another street and into school. It's only happened once but I followed her literally from origin to destination. All I can could think we "please don't think I'm following you."

Any chance we can get a tl;dr? I've been downvoted for this request before but I don't have time to read this entire report.

The ability to create a male birth control has been available for years. The simple fact of why it doesn't exist is that there is no R&D money attributed to it. The feminists would like you to believe that this is evidence of the misogynistic culture of yesteryear; paternal societies forcing all child-rearing activities upon women. I'd take it...but I'm also one of the males that's seriously considered vasectomy to avoid childen. (aged 27).

I have a feeling this has to do more with when the abuse is reported. Before calling the cops on a once loved and trusted partner, most seek professional advice before making any moves.

My American ignorance yet again makes me feel like the idiot i try not to be. Apologies for that. However, still not sure I'm okay with the government paying for it, and because I currently don't have to worry about that, I'm just going to stay in my safe, warm, hole of ignorance.

I just want to comment on one aspect of this. You expect me, the employer, to pay you for a effing YEAR of not working for me? Stupid. Oh and not replace you during that time? WTH am I supposed to do, pick up your slack? That's why I hired you in the first place.

In today's America, not having a graduate degree is now the equivalent of not having a bachelor's degree 10 years ago. The human mind always finds a way to shortcut important but regular decisions. The resume has made this heuristic more degrees because it "shows drive" and apparently a willingness to undertake ridiculous amounts of debt.

the judge is in Canada, the FBI doesn't care if you kill a Canadian judge. Wait, who does?
/r/MensRights06/12/10 03:59 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
