Dejan Lovren scored the winner in extra time of a 5-4 game against a European giant in the Semi final of the European Cup in front of tens of thousands of screaming fans. In that moment he had more social value than almost anyone. He's massive, rich, stoic and is arguably one of the biggest names on the Croatian national team sheet. I could not possibly comprehend how this situation could happen with his wife. Then I saw that you were quoting from the S*n, which not only is a tabloid rag, but al…

Act like a man full of confidence and do anything, and you'll have trouble giving off beta vibes. It's an easy mistake to make early on, to avoid things you have heard are 'beta', but the satisfaction you get from overcoming this and doing them like an alpha makes it so much sweeter.

Definitely. That's s negative thought pattern, and it sounds like you feel a bit sorry for yourself. Just realise that you're the one in control, you're the one that can fix it, and if in a year youre still sat here feeling sorry for yourself and making excuses, saying "well I know I should fix this but...." - then you only have yourself to blame. And no one - no one - will feel sorry for you. On the shipside, you could spend a year becoming the best version of yourself that you can be, and you …

No matter how many times I see those compilation images of Swedish news articles, I can't help but laugh at them. I hope Sweden's inevitable collapse happens soon enough for other Western nations to backtrack on their tolerant / cuck policies I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Thanks for the reminder, redpillschool. Those rules are as concise and simple as they come. Something I have noticed a lot lately is lazy titling of field reports, most notably something along the lines of: 'Here's something I said to someone/was around for/found online. Hamstering ensues' It's vague, lazy writing. The frequency that I see posts with this title format these days suggests that it's becoming a bit of a trp trope. Good work on the 'rule broken' selection on the reports. Makes thing…

It's like over the course of those x years I dated her my self-confidence dwindled more and more and it ended up with me feeling more alone in a relationship than I feel out of it now. It's amazing how much a relationship can fuck up your positive momentum. I saw a post on here a few days back slamming women for getting comfortable and lazy/fat in relationships, but I think it happens just as easily to men. When I got into a relationship well after coming here, it fucked my momentum up big time.…

I've been working on building a positive morning routine lately. It's come together 90%, but I felt there was something missing - something I could do when staring myself in the face in the mirror to solidify my mental fortitude. I think you've just given it to me. I'm going to start doing this.

No, just Chris Brown's case. He lost frame and beat her black and blue.

The first major incident of this I heard of this was Chris Brown being refused entry to the country under new domestic violence laws that state anyone with a history of domestic violence charges or allegations can be refused (I wonder how many women have been refused for this reason?) To me, that one is arguably not that bad. A couple of years later, Tyler the Creator was refused entry for his lyrics about 'sexist' violence, under an alter ego no less. No prior charges, no history of assault or …

There is far worse though. One of my buddies is the bluest guy I know. Blue through and through. A Blue guy, in a blue world, and all day and all night.... you get the picture. Now with this guy, I don't look at him as having a gf. He just perpetually has "The One". The first "One" was actually a really cool chick who didn't give any of the typical female drama to any social situation. She got so sick of being pedestalised and constantly showered with praise and attention that she dumped him aft…

From the footage in the video he seems like he travels a lot and does a lot of fun shit. Having a large following making videos on your own can be no easy task either. Let's not forget he's got these red pill ideas firmly understood, whether it's the brutal undressing of them or the beta-fied versions remains to be seen.

If you work part time at a shop as a uni student, I don't see this being anything but a productive activity. Unless you're a full blown beta, then you could come off as 'creepy' and complained about. Millennials are the first entirely middle-class generation in history. None of them have ever wanted for anything, so they invent grievances and manufacture trauma. No one--not parents, teachers or professors--ever told them they were being ridiculous or challenged their assumptions, so they have grown up into foolish, poorly-educated and egotistical young adults spouting nonsense dogma about oppression. I've never seen this notion summed up so eloquently and succinctly. Though if anyone could d…

The movie definitely panders to the "women kick ass better than men" thematic of media these days - and I don't doubt that 'diversity' quotas played a huge part in the casting. Still a great movie, but I did roll my eyes every time Han Solo tried to be helpful by giving Rey a gun or a fighting tip only for her to proclaim "I can handle myself actually!" It would have added a lot to her character if her "I can do anything attitude" got her or Finn burned bad at some point, but it never came. She …

About half of what keeps TRP fresh in my head is remembering all the BP shit I used to do, and how I used to think like that too. Reframing these experiences now whenever they come into my head, and viewing them from the perception I have now is as much of a learning experience as applying RP lens to any given new situation. I'd even go as far as to say it could be even more powerful - remembering and reliving beta fuck experiences can be painful, but analysing your mistakes and deciding how you…

Oh man tell me about it. I got into an LTR with an 8.5 after plating her and fucking her whenever. Bad idea. As soon as she sensed commitment, it became shit city. The more I passed, the worse they got. The more time expired, she revealed more and more how crazy she was. All in the meanwhile getting less and less physically attractive. After I broke up with her she's now my main plate - though nothing will beat that sweet 18y.o version of her minus the shit. Fuck relationships.

Nail on the head. Simply removing any unnecessary "sorry" from your day to day vocabulary improves life a lot. For most, it's a habit that we too quickly blurt out over something silly and unavoidable like bumping into someone you're passing at the bus stop. That's no one's fault and no one ought to be apologising for it. So why are you giving up your frame so easily and further ingraining this beta behavior? Take the time to notice every time you say it and don't mean it. The more mindful you c…

If you're going to be angry at anyone, be angry at the white knights. They perpetuate these Blue Pill dream world ideas and they enable women to further that agenda. Don't be mad at women for capitalizing on that. I'd hope that if a white knight offered you something to your advantage with little to nothing in return, you'd take it and laugh at them too.

An excellent breakdown of OP's post. Furthering on your second point, I'd be willing to bet my left nut that the 'coworker' she had "an affair with" (banging his brains out on the reg) was either her boss or someone higher in the company than she was. With our protagonist losing social status so quickly, this was absolutely bound to happen. She saw traits in her coworker that her BB no longer shows her. As for breaking up because of "not being able to live with herself" after cheating on him, I …

If you're going to use the suggested small talk, at least know what you're on about when you ask it, and have some responses in mind for whatever they say back to you. Also be prepared for the other person to have no clue how to respond - not everyone is as 'small talk savvy' as you are. Don't end up as a Mark

My boss is a 30-something professional too. Smart as anything. Hard working. Honestly though, she looks much, much younger despite the fact that she should be hitting the wall. I'm talking early twenties appearance. Now in all the time I've known her, she's never had a LTR or any significant man - though all of her friends are getting married and having kids and pressuring her to do the same. iirc Furiosa got to her position by doing many awful, brutal things. Her and Max are both badass warriors and compliment each other's strength and weaknesses. Theron's character was not a 'strong independant womyn that don't need no man' trope, she was an example of how to actually write a strong female lead. I suggest you go back and watch it without a lens of anger. I too find movies pandering to the 'SIW' trope to be eye rollingly cliche and annoying, but this is far from one of them

Not true at all. I've noticed as a general trend for people my age group (18-21) that they're really, really clueless when it comes to interacting with people out and about. My colleague brought it up with me (he's 40 something, religious type) that he noticed a trend in the younger people that come into our shop are more often than not shy, to the point and lacking in confidence. He noted that none of them possessed the attitude that he sees me going about my life with. After speaking with him …

It's sad how I can picture that so, so easily. His worn shirt and greying mustache. Wrinkles lit ever so dimly by the cool light emanating from the phones surrounding him. I was hoping it concluded with you inviting him to the bar and having a pint with him. Probably would have made his night worth it after all.

It's a beautiful feeling mate - going from nervousness at the gym, feeling like a bit of an outsider and that everyone is looking at you, to getting in the zone and owning every set you do for yourself. I thought I'd never be there either. Just eat big and lift big and you'll get there in no time!

That's an awesome visualization technique dude. Had a similar experience myself recently when I tried out the racks in front of the mirrors. Makes all the difference. Loaded up the bar without thinking what I was putting on and broke through my PB (previously 97.5kg) and squatted 5 reps of 105kg. Basically floated out of the gym and felt untouchable for hours afterwards. That memory keeps me going back every time I feel low energy or my inner voice makes up excuses.

Same here. Ignored her texts for a few weeks then simply texted her "I want you to come over tonight. And wear some nice panties for me" Her response? "You're unbelievable. I'm not disposable." That was yesterday afternoon. In the following 8 hours I fucked her 9 times, and she's coming back over tonight for anal (she begged me to do this to her after mentioning it this morning.
