Later that night we were in bed and she brought up how everyone else thought I was a jerk for not going to the car for her. I said, "I'm not a jerk. I just got you off three times, because I'm a nice guy." Then I also brought up how I bought us a bottle of wine and frozen yogurt the other night, which she admitted shocked her (I only spent $20 total on both of us), and how I picked her up to go to the party instead of making her meet me there. So I am a nice guy, and she agreed. Aren't you defen…

Corporations like family men because they are less likely to job hop. The pressure of supporting a wife and kids, maintaining stability, etc. means a man is more likely to stay in the rat race, pay his dues to seek promotion, not relocate, etc.

It's her Anti-Slut Defense. "you seduced me" means she's not culpable; it's the guy's fault she cheated for being a sneaker seducer, not her fault for being a sloot

I really value my brain and thought that getting hit reapeatedly will accumulate in the long run That's the problem with traditional boxing and the big padded gloves. With little MMA gloves you're more apt to get cut than concussed so the fights stop sooner.

What if it was a human then? Because trust me to someone of a psychopathic mindset, there is no difference between a squirrel and a human. I don't have a clear answer on the distinction, but re: that specific point, I would say that, yes, while a sociopath or psychopath might not differentiate between a squirrel and human, an average person I think could certainly steamroll the squirrel without being a 'path.

A narcissist will not stop, and will even run the animal over just to not be inconvenienced. It's not they enjoy running over animals, they simply don't care. To the extent they slow down or stop at all, it is only because they don't want to damage their car. Wouldn't that be a sociopath? (except it wouldn't be, because it's a squirrel not a human)

I think there is RP value to be found (oof, the shit Rearden's wife pulls....), but I'd also recommend it just as a good read in general. It gets a bit repetitive in that she makes the same point in different ways, but I kind of like that, because when it's good stuff I'm okay with having more of it.

I agree that's what the discussion is about, but I'm just pointing out that skills in maintaining frame, passing shit tests, being goal-oriented, even lifting (and related posture and confidence boosts), etc., will help you in other social situation, in business, etc.

Didn't watch that particular video, but I love Maher's bit about how his married friends' wives don't like him, because the husbands are like declawed house cats sitting on the back of the couch staring out the window, and he's like the outdoors cat setting a bad example.

Protein is based on bodyweight and activity level, so a proper keto diet is not catabolic.
/r/TheRedPill26/11/15 06:44 AM

Establishing ketosis only requires carbs below a certain point, yes, but how one chooses to allocate the remaining macros is what makes a keto diet a well-formulated one or not, and that's where high fat/moderate protein comes in tonplay.
/r/TheRedPill26/11/15 06:43 AM

keto is high fat, not high protein, so it can be cheaper that a standard diet because fat is so calorically dense.

Try batch cooking with what you have before you buy new stuff. For batch prep of veggies, this "steam/saute" method is good: http://meljoulwan.com/2010/10/13/the-secret-of-veggies-steam-saute/

Do you think no ads is enough, or are the messages still getting through? I watch TV only via Netflix, etc., but like the above comment about OITNB, a lot of the objectionable stuff is infused in the plot.

Also as the show progressed they emphasized that Barney was "tricking" girls, they emphasized his schemes rather then general alphaness, and they would highlight how the girls were dumb or damaged in some way ... because of course no real quality woman would fall for his shenanigans.

No, nofap works even better for MGTOW since you are transmuting that energy into your own desires, goals, projects etc without the distraction of women.

Have you seen Defiance with Daniel Craig? There's a great sequence where he gets sick and stuff starts going downhill, and he's got to set things right despite being in a real bad way. Really speaks to what you're talking about I think.

Perhaps Atlas Shrugged or The Fountainhead? The protagonists hold frame against the pressures of society.

but as it gets longer and longer you tend to put things on autopilot and get lazy I think this is why TRP has so much overlap with all areas of a man's life... we need to stay on task with our business, fitness, friendship, skills, finances, etc as well as with women. Complacency of any flavor just brings us down.
