They could also have men with better qualifications just get different job titles with better pay. An old teacher of mine told me a story about hiring at companies. Sometimes it can take 6 months to a year to fill a position. Because they would hire someone and give them idiot task as test. The truly unqualified will just drop out or fail out. But the school will get to say half of every freshmen class is 50/50 split. They are jsut going to see a huge decrease in their graduation rate which is a really bad sign for any prospective student.
