1	Concerning hobbies You shouldn't even give a fuck about what anyone will think of you regarding your hobbies, don't stop yourself from having a great time. No one will honestly give a shit. And here's my anecdotal thoughts on wargaming... If you're after a tabletop wargame stay away from anything Games Workshop, GW games like 40k tend to draw the hardcore neckbeards and GW will suck your wallet dry. 1	I need a side job while working on my career. Coding seems good pay. Which specific language should I learn that is realistic and in demand? Writing code isn't a side gig, it's a main gig. You can't half arse and try to teach yourself to code on the side and expect to know a language in 2 months, at this point you will probably have just scratched the surface, maybe got the basics down. 3	Why life before 25 sucks for most guys, outside of a few exceptions. Would you guys consider ~25 to be the point in life when most men are established in the current day and age? - i.e., finished further education and starting in your chosen field, getting in to your own place. I think it's harder to get ahead early in life than it was for our grandparents ~50 years ago, at 23 my grandfather had 3 kids, a house and a decent job- it blows my mind.
