Perfect response to that nonsense “Gen Z text/meme game” thread.

Nice man. The best part of this is that unlike posts from men that are 10 years older, you cut to the chase rather than issue a block of useless text. Cheers

While you present a decent argument, it is simply a case of confirmation bias. In actuality, the explanatory variable is masculine frame. A man who has little confidence in his own masculinity, suddenly changes his appearance to compensate for his masculinity (i.e buzz cut) The newfound effects he experiences is not from his appearance, albeit it MAY make it easier to get his foot in the door, but once his true lack of masculine frame comes into light, the woman will respond accordingly and run …

Mainly for aesthetics, they’re also good at protecting from injuries if you do jiu jitsu or other combat sport. Take a look at alphadestiny on YouTube, a thick neck completely changes your physique.

Definitely, but more for discipline, which bleeds into other areas.

To keep it clean, protect from aging etc. Usually diet, exercise and sleep solve eye bags, but there are serums for that as well. I use one by Clinique as well.

Current protocol takes ~90 min Get up, make the bed Take morning piss/shit, go over calendar/answer emails/texts while I wait Daily weigh-in Stomach vacuums Cold shower Face routine (mens Clinique), moisturize Neck exercises Meditate Coffee/get ready for school Say bye to the cats (most important of all, obviously)

BJJ. You think lifting is one of the best ways to get out of your comfort zone, improve discipline and test your work capacity? True, but pair it with BJJ and you release a whole new kind of animal–it’s truly amazing.

I’ve applied his concepts and they’ve worked great thus far in a university environment. I too shared your concerns, but was surprised how well it worked given all these girls are fuckin’ glued to their phones. Try it, you may be surprised.

Hey bud, in my opinion, I would focus entirely on improving yourself. Learn to own the person you are and the women will come. I recommend starting with Corey Wayne’s “How to be a 3% Man” it’s fuckin’ awesome. Good luck!

I got into my head and ended up avoiding her most days. The perfect sentence wouldn’t come to mind and I got wrapped up in my own feelings and before you know it she had already left.

Hell yeah, but most importantly, it changes the way you think about yourself. You feel confident, confidence oozes from you, and that is the most valuable part about working out.
/r/seduction28/10/17 09:21 AM

I was in your situation a while back, while I can't say I handled it perfectly, I think you can benefit from what I did and did not do correctly. Introduce yourself. If she makes eye contact with you, that could be a sign of interest or just by accident, but throw that out the window, go up to her, when appropriate, and introduce yourself! If she is interested, she will talk to you. After that, just tell her "I'll see you around" or if the times she works out comes intoconversation.."I'll see yo…

Thank you for this. I now realize that this is not a generalization and what I want results in a certain interaction. How would you go about inviting her out? Talk to her more in the gym...ask her through text...ask her at the gym, any sound recommendations?
/r/seduction24/10/17 05:07 AM

Let me be more clear. This was the first girl I ever approached, I’m still a complete noob. 1 I didn’t have anywhere to be, but my sister was waiting in the car. 2 I didn’t text her about the party, stupid, I know. I said it was “Drew from the gym” and then it pretty much ended after I replied back and said “I just got out of chemistry” yeah, no wonder. 3 Monday’s I usually see her at the gym and today was no different. I was loosening up with some bands and she must’ve just walked in and came u…

Actually, it was a while back. We were continuously making eye contact, surprised because I was doing farmer carries...I make the ugliest fuckin’ faces ever when I do those. Anyways, after my workout I went up and introduced myself, asked her what her name was and then said I had to run, but I’ll see you around. That was a few months back, but then I saw her about 3 weeks ago, I got her as I was walking out, talked a little, told her about a party I was going to and asked if her and her friend w…

Do you recommend any topics about interactions in the gym? Or have any pointers? I take the gym seriously, so I’m not there to just socialize, but there is lots of potential!

Just like last week, I didn’t text her, but I saw her and just chit chatted right before I left. I’ll keep the interactions like that and move on.

This is true and probably the best advice so far. Just friendly chit chat it is.

This is intriguing, I am in a similar situation, muscular, great looking, but what we also share is that we are in our heads too much. I’ll keep looking back to see any updates, but definitely check out some of the popular (all time) topics, they get you motivated. It all starts as a thought, just initiate the action and don’t look back. Good luck.
/r/seduction21/10/17 11:47 PM

Walk over and pull a ‘Costanza’, “I couldn’t help but notice you were looking in my direction”. Kidding, just say hi, you can never go wrong with that.

I liked reading about experience, it holds true to every step forward, going from undergrad to grad school, building a career. This was a great read!
